TITLEHERE

I call my self Yogi bearr a as in her - I chose the name after watching the "Yogi bear"  film released in the year 2011 -

Why because it explains some of my self -

I am still reflecting on it - because I spend a of of time in my flat - which feels like a cave.

I have had a serious break down - and am learning about my mental and physical diabilitys.

So like yogi - I do wot you could call inventions in my flat  - I am creative I am dealing with isolation and rebuilding my natured state - I am learning to paint - am a natural at it.

I potter in the housing associations garden and glade of it - I am aloud to do wot I like with it and they now have given me permission to exhibit work in it -which I yet have to invent.

I count my self very lucky - as my disability causes exhaustion - so some how I have retrieved some statuss and self esteem - loneiness is a dangerous thing - Allpoetry has so helped out with the issolation - when in too much pain - I have an out let -that stops the terror of paronia -
