ABOUT ME

I am nobody, I am dead, I was cut open but I never bled.

 

I lead a simple life. I do not enjoy life but I do like it...

My days mostly consist of me enjoying lunch or coffee with friends and family, spending time with my cat Maggie, blogging and walking miles and miles.

I enjoy film, music, creative things and seeing the beauty in the hideous. I enjoy punishing myself and driving myself to insanity with over thinking.

I enjoy laughing and I enjoy pondering the universe and all it contains.

I volunteer in a local charity shop a few hours a week. It is an animal charity.

I also like to communicate with other humans on a good day or even go to the pub for a crafty Malibu

 

I like poetry (obviously), shopping (I'm only human), nature walks, spending time with family and friends and snapping away with my camera (mostly in summer)

I have a million artistic ideas and no motivation to achieve them. I am a royal screw up and I'm slowly accepting that

ABOUT MY POETRY AND STORIES

I tend to write dark poetry. 

Not just dark as if in horror or ghostly poetry but emotionally dark poetry. A lot of my work is centered around mental health and death. I am dark, depressing, morbid and moody.

I like me but if you don't, feel free to move along quietly.

 

 

 

 

 

I also write Christian poems now and again seems as God plays a huge part in my life. 

 

I write poems about lust and desire......I guess my poetry is centered around 'sins'

 

I like to write Haiku and Acrostics now and then. I prefer rhyme to free verse but write in both and like to read the sort of poetry I write.

 

I guess I'm a mixed bag eh?...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bragging rights....

 

I have had three of my poems published in my local news paper.

They are called 'New beginnings'...'The tree of love'......'Gary' and 'Autumn.'

They are all on here if you want to read them.

My poem 'The raven is the night and she is beautiful,' was selected for the all poetry second book 'Ink angels.'

This poem is also on here but I suggest you show your support for the site and go buy it on Amazon or in the all poetry store

This is Peter Pan. He 'works' at Disney world Florida. Look up this guy on YouTube, he is amazing at what he does and he touches my heart every time I see him in action.

Alice is my idol. I simply relate to her ecdomomania and need to daydream and escape reality.

 

 

 

 

Pocahontas taught me to be free spirited and love whoever you choose no matter what others might say and no matter what is in your way. She also taught me that trees DO infact talk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

He just touched my soul one day and I've not been the same since.
