Ssmm on October 12Well, I must say, you've really surprised me. Storywrite, in its wisdom, told me you were a similar author, and so I began to read.
Storywrite, it seems, isn't a very good judge of similarity. I WISH we were similar, I WISH i had half the ability you do!
I'm halfway through "Cards, Skulls, and Fortunes," and it's taken my breath away. Your prose is delightful, somewhat archaic and whimsical, and absolutely beautiful to read. So bravo Miss! Please, for the benefit of this site, and all who might learn from you, keep writing! -
Maeven Hall : LOL on September 20I kinda hate twilight too. Didn't read it. Just saw the movie. Meh.
-
jfritzyb on September 19Kudos to you!

FaIIen One on August 18Twilight seems to be failing harder everyday to get merits. And for good reason.
Horray to anti-twilight fans! -
Lady Pixie on August 8"My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die!"
"My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die!"
"My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die!"
lol sorry, couldn't resist when I saw that you're a fan of The Princess Bride
Nice profile
I think I've left a comment here before... but I don't remember
I've slept since then
Have a nice night

Marta on August 7The small wording at the bottom would benfit from being larger--always give warning that can be read without difficulty. Lol.
If you feel the need to issue a 'verbal' command or warning it's best to get up close and personal, so that there are no misunderstandings.
A nice page nonetheless. -
Rorshach : Thanks for reading my poems on August 4If I make a million, I'll recite your work during my drunken recitations.
-
Lily--Pad on May 22I LOVE Neil Gaiman!
-
Valkyrie : You're so Awesome! on April 27I may or may not have signed your page previously, and if I did, it was surely in the throes of sleepless amnesia due to baby, so forgive me if I repeat myself. I just read over your lists of likes and am excited to see Memento and Princess Bride on there, with the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Shakespeare! Yess! What an eclectic, awesome combination.
And who, having read and watched all this awesomeness (have you read the Princess Bride book? Very funny!), could possibly call Twilight good literature? Ugh. Save me from myopic mediocrity! Let's go watch Princess Bride for the 101st time! Yay! *noms popcorn*
-
DreamyAme : Hello on April 13
Aha, I see something in common. I like Pan's Labyrinth too. That was good. Guillermo del Toro's genius. I haven't watched The Devil's Backbone though. Have you? -
Jack Necron : Thank You! on March 26Thanks for the comment. I am glad you enjoyed the story!
Awesome picture by the way, I love Sandman/Death. -
Cupcake14 on March 6Well, we are all entitled to our opinions, butI hate literary snobs. When I was young, my mom always frowned at me when I bought Mary-Kate and Ashley books because she felt they were too 'stupid' and wanted me to buy encyclopedias instead. I lost interest with the Olsens after a matter of time, but still, it's like unless I pick up some deep, enlightening, philosophical piece of work, I won't be classified as a good reader. I've no problems with those who hate Twilight, but it's a bit too much telling people what is good literature and what isn't. Beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder.
Best Regards,

Cajun.Lullaby : Greetings From Alaska on March 1Lol, you don't know how many tourists we get here in Alaska that think our state is a country totally separate and apart from the United States! It made me smile to see this great land listed on your list of "countries" that you want to visit.
If you ever want some good travel info for the state, let me know. I'm sure I can come up with something.

WhySoSirius on February 22Hey, just passing by -- and I'd like to give you a big thank-you for being a fellow Twilight hater.
-
sodancewithsoda : *drops by* And as I was taught in Advertising classes: Always read the fine print ;) on February 21I tried to read a page of Twilight, and I swore to myself I won't ever read anything by its author. Ever.
=) and oooh you like the little prince!
I love it ^_^ and FFX
I loved that, along with FFVII.
And a belated welcome to SW

-
Zaridia7 : Thanks! on February 21I just wanted to say thank you so much for commenting on my Black Letters Story! I will put your thoughts into consideration for future letters! Thank you!
-
Azaradelle : After reading your page... on February 20I simply had to comment on the Twilight entry. You have thousands of authors who are talented and write both politically and beautifully. They are unique and wonderful, yet struggle to make their work known.
Then you have some douchebag who manages to come along and write a cliche of a cliche about teenage vampire love, and because it's mainstream and 'will sell', it gets a bloody movie deal!
Kinda goes to show how stuffed up and strangled the arts industry is under the system.
Breath of fresh air to see another Twilight loather
Thanks for the comment on my poem!
Yrs.
Azaradelle. -
Elisabeth on February 20I've never read 'Twilight' as I gave up sagas when I got involved in Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series.
It is such a pleasure to come to a Twilight-free zone
Lis. -
Owen Aero on February 15I wanted to say thanks for signing my guest book, and that I have also enjoyed your work. I look forward to seeing more, and I'm trying my hardest to get some new stuff up as well.
-
Cajun.Lullaby on February 10You've got a nice profile, thus far, and although I dearly loved the first book in the Twilight series, I can certainly see your frustrations.
I taught myself to play the acoustic guitar starting at age twelve, I'm twenty now. If you ever need any help, let me know. I'm sure I can point you in the right direction.
Btw, welcome to StoryWrite!
-
