Whoo-hoo! I love Death Note so much. We've got that much in common. I'm going to have to stop by and read some of your more recent stuff.

We're neighbors: I'm form Florida (at least living there now). We're alos in the GSA group so, I thought to stop by and check out your page. Nice.

I've never seen NCIS, though I did look it up on Wikipedia. I can kinda/sorta get the 'oh' thing, but... not really, haha.

As to my published works (and why a lot of people on StoryWrite aren't published,) it's because I've pushed myself in order to be the best I can be. I've been driven to pursue writing as more than a hobby since I was quite young (around... nine, or something.) My first short was accepted when I was fouteen, then published when I was fifteen. I just think people don't put enough effort into submitting, etc.

    Thanks for dropping by, Aelphaba.
  • Mrose23 : Hi! on May 25
I saw your name on one of the groups I'm in. I'm also bi, and I have a question about your screen-name. Does it refer to Wicked and To Kill A Mockingbird? Because that's one of my favorite plays, and my all-time favorite book!
    Nice to find an ally,

    Hello dear writer...

Having just read a comment you made to someone about your disregard for rhyming poetry, I felt I just HAD to stop by and say a word or two in its defence.

If it is loved passionately by the one who creates it, rhyming poetry can be a joy to read. I would like to recommend a poet named EarthToJim on Allpoetry ~ please do spare the time to visit his page ~ and you will see what great things can be dedicated to rhyme:

    Happy writing!

Hi, Back To Oz. I am a greeter and wish to welcome you to the StoryWrite website!

My username is whichcraft but most people just call me Jenn in my circle of friends. Our site is a community of people who all share a common desire to write and hopefully become a published author sometime in the future. It is also a place to sharpen your writing skills and display your creativity while being in a fun environment!

You will notice a gold medal by your name. This is a free trial membership. This shows you what options you have if you were a paid member of Storywrite.com. After approximately three days the gold membership expires, so take the opportunity to see all that our site offers to you.

We have a new members group on the site. This group was set-up to show you how to post your work onto the site and to give you an understanding of how the reading/reviewing of your work actually happens. If you have not already done so, I would suggest you take a peek into this group and see how this process works. http://storywrite.com/group/info/New+members+group

Along with a new members group, we have a New Members Contest that is held every month. Come and check it out. The contest is open to any new member. http://storywrite.com/contest/5074

It is recommended that all new members to the site give serious consideration to joining a writing group as a method of assisting them in becoming an active member of the site. It is a great place to make new friends and get helpful critiques.

I have included below a few quick tips that have proven to be very helpful to new members in doing some of the basic functions necessary to get yourself set-up and running on the site. One in particular is fun things to do around Storywrite: http://storywrite.com/column/show/161

To find all the emoticons : http://storywrite.com/column/show/53

    Chatterbox conduct: http://storywrite.com/column/show/57

    Trolls or Cyberbullies: http://storywrite.com/column/show/151

Don’t forget to read the Storywrite Rules: http://storywrite.com/home/guide/rules

On the right hand side of the page is where you’ll find all you need to edit your stories, change your user info, change your picture, etc. Thank you for joining the StoryWrite web community. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Have fun and keep writing!
