So, I thought I would tell you about myself, because I know each and every one of you are vastly interested in the intimate aspecects of my life. Where to begin? Well, my name is Alexx, and I am a sixteen year old girl from Mississippi. I've been writing since I was about twelve. I started off with poetry and eventualy became a roleplay addict. I still am in quite a few on Xanga. I'm in high school, obviously, and I'm going into my Junior year this fall. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do once I graduate. I have high hopes for the future, but I just have the sick feeling I'm going to crash and burn. I really would love to go to London or New York to study fashion design, but I've yet to learn to sow or design something you could wear to something besides your wedding. My dream job would be to become a writer, but, unless you hit it big quick, I can only imagine how bad you struggle before you get there. Needless to add, I'm a tid bit of a pessimist. I'm nervous and a bit jumpy and act way too old for my age. My mother even recently complimented on how I wasn't normal wanting to stay home and read this summer. Thanks mom. Love you too.
My favorites:
Movies
Stardust, both Narnias, Harry Potter, Queen of the Damned, the Covenant, Willie Wonka (new version,) Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, the Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Anastasia, I'm up for anything Disney really, and anything Tim Burton for that matter. I have tons of others. I'm not picky. I like horror more than anything, but it takes an act of congress to get someone to take me to see a scary movie. Muscicals are also a favorite of mine-Sweeny Todd, Moulin Rouge, the Phantom of the Opera.
Books
Twilight series (hated the movie) by Stephanie Meyer, the House of Night series by Kristen and P. C. Cast, the Mortal Instement series by Cassandra Clare (She even commented my Myspace one time : D,) Hawkes Harbor by S. E. Hinton, the Harry Potter series (Half Blood Prince is my favorite) by J. K. Rowling, the Monsters of Templeton by Lauren Groff, the Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky, the Vampire Kisses series by Ellen Schreiber, Enter Three Witches by Caroline B. Cooney, (Goodnight Kiss, Forbidden Secrets, the Secret Bedroom, Dangerous Girls I and II) all by R. L. Stine, the Cry of the Ice Mark by Stuart Hill, the Blue Blood series by Mellisa de la Cruz, And Then There Were None by ? (I think my sister must have it.) I guess I'll stop taking up space now with this, even though it's unlimited I believe. I like manga books as well. So far the only series I've read have been the Vampire Knight series and the Host club which is by Bisco Hitori I belive. I've been looking for the Vampire Kisses manga called Blood Relatives, but I never see it when I go in Borders. I love reading. Suggestions are always welcome to add to the list.
TV Shows
Bones, Gossip Girl, Mental, One Tree Hill, What I Like About You, Glee (hasn't came out yet but the first episode was amazing,) Harpers Island (which is sadly over. Henery Dunn? Really?) Umm, I can't think of anything else right now. I don't watch tons of tv.
Music
This could go on forever, so I'm not even going to bother listing. I like soft music- Enya, Tyler Hilton, Jeremy Pigg- and I like pop-Backstreet Boys, Jesse McCartney, Play. I also like punk rock-Tokio Hotel, Mayday Parade, All Time Low, We the Kings. The list could go on and on. The only type of music I don't particularly car for is country. I like Taylor Swift and Faith Hill and what not, but sometimes I just can't take all the whiney twang and all the sappy lyrics. It's depressing. I could listen to emo, wrist slashing music and be less annoyingly saddened. Rap I also don't listen to a lot. I love T Pain and Kanye West and Sean Kingston, but that's about it.
If you want to know more about me, you'll just have to ask, because I'm tired and going to bed. Thank you, and good night.
