The hero charged and brandished his sword,

The monster did the same it gnashed its teeth and roared its horrible roar,

The hero slashed his mighty sword on the beasts leg,

The monster bashed the hero with its shield and cackled as he crumpled,

As the monster advanced the maiden screamed with terror,

The monster turned at the sound and threw the maiden aside,  

The hero stirred and her scream and jumped up instantly,

As he watch the maiden hit the rock and layed there feebly,

The desperate hero charged at the gleeful monster and ran it threw with his sword,

As the monster layed there dieing he played his final card,

The monster cursed the maiden and all of her family,

The monster ensured for all the day to come the hero would fight the maidens family until he was vanquished.
