Welcome to the inside of my head

You will be met by dark and twisted visions

Images you wouldn't expect to find in your wildest dreams

Or in recurring nightmares that haunt you

I have seen with my own eyes that there is only good and evil in this world

Sometimes they will clash with disastrous outcomes

And some people believe it's best if the two never meet at all

But without confrontation they can never be defeated

And so good must fight on

Whether you want to hear it or not I feel I must tell you

That the cycle never ends

For the good people the only escape is death

Because evil will always be lurking in the darkness

Waiting for their prey

They feed off our misery

And trust me it gives them great pleasure

It's how it is now at the time of your reading

And always has been

This is the war of life

The war that always will be

We are all on the battlefield

And there is no escape

There is no choice

We must fight on
