Screaming Nightmares

I dream at night about my own death. I was okay with this but then it started to happen to her. I started to see her body on a ground somewhere out there. I never questioned what I saw but it was terrifying. Still it was just a dream something that my unconsious mind created to show me what life with out her would be like. I never once thought that they could come true, not nightmares anyways. Six months after I started having those dreams I started to get even more paranoid and depressed. Cause now I was convinced that something was going to happen. Still I did nothing to stop her.
She ended up dying on me, not long after I denyed my dreams and emotions. But I let her go and I am now with a new woman several years later. The nightmares of me dying are still with me but I am waiting for it. Waiting for the moment I wake screaming because I saw her die. This time I am not so nieve as to ignore what might happen in those dreams. Anything can happen and when you see your spouse die everynight in your dreams then don't ignore it. She or he could very well die.
