The greatest human flaw is that we always indulge so passionately in discovering the flaws of others
Author notes
An entry for a quote contest =)
As you see, it's about flaws and how we all have them, yet we always tend to point out the flaws in others...

I agree here with you. This is perhaps the msot ruthful quote here - which it should be. This is original and the deep meaning behind it, though abvious takes realization. I am glad you posted this.
It is a normal thing for us humans to criticize each other, rather harshly just to make ourselves look good, however the bitter reality stays the same, we are the ones that need to be corrected, not others.
The deepness and the entire structure is very good. Using pasisonately here expresses and emphasizes the entire sentence. Excellent job! Thanks for entering and good luck! -
This is really true. This is very deep and filled with imagery. I wish you the best of luck in the contest!

It IS one of our greatest flaws. Very good quote you have here. However, I think I have heard it before... either that or I'm losing my mind... (it's probably the latter, lol)
-
So true, even when you don't mean to do it. it's like your mind says "I need a quick self-confidence fix." and figures that's the easiest way to do it.
(Notice how I keep from saying I put people down by blaming my mind *lol* )

So true although I take just as much pleasure in highlighting my own flaws. Nobody's perfect so why act like you are?
-
Mads.. you've told me this before ^_^ and it IS true.. but as I told you before, most people (hahahaha) look for flaws to make themselves feel good. There MUST be something settling about finding out that even the most "perfect" looking people are as tainted and tarnished as the "normal" ones
Then again, maybe it's just the human crab mentality working - "pull them all down... so we're all in the same level"
Enjoy your trip, Mads, thanks for this!
