Ah, reminisence. One of my favorite hobbies. I love remembering the good times- not dwelling on them exactly, but just recalling them, and enjoying them.
"Oh, you would have loved her..." I said, leaning back in my chair. Then I laughed quietly to myself, because that was a funny thing to say, seeing as you two were already together. "Oh, well, you already do, right...? Sorry, I forgot there for a sec..." I leaned back foreward again and rested my head in my hands. "She used to be so happy, ALL of the time. She used to quote her favorite people-"
"Like who, actors?"
"No, like her best friends."
"Oh."
"Like, her favorite quote from me was, 'I love it when you call me weird'. It was so fun. SHE was fun. Always happy, and just living life." I changed positions, slouching in my chair, and staring up at the ceiling. "But....then things changed. I don't know exactly when it started, but it did." According to your expression change, this is what catches your attention.
"What? What do you mean different?" You ask.
"Oh, lots of ways...." I say. You lean foreward anxiously. "She just...turned mean," I said. "She would lash out at people, not physically, but verbally, even if they cared about her so much..."
"Like who? Did you ever try to stop her, or did you just watch her be mean to people?"
"Well, usually it was ME that she was lashing out at..." I squirmed slightly in my seat. "I don't know why it wasn't any of them, only me. Maybe it was because they were older, or mayabe because she'd known them longer, or maybe it was just because I wouldn't stick up for myself..."
"Why not?"
"Well, I would occasionally, and she'd apologise, but then she wouldn't make ANY effort at all whatsoever to stop herself the next time it happened..."
"Oh..." You seem a bit dissapointed, finding out about your lovers ugly side.
"Nobody really knows what happened," I said, lighting a cigarette and taking a long drag. "We had been the perfect couple." I closed my eyes, savoring the memory. "She was still perfectly nice to everyone else, just not me. She stopped quoting me, but eventually she just stopped with the entire quoting thing alltogether." I decided I didn't want the cigarette anymore and I crushed it into the ash tray. "I just became her punching bag, basically. She would purposely leave me out of things to make me feel bad."
"That's horrible!"
Just as you finish your exclaimation, she walks through the door.
"Thanks for having us over, Nina." She says, looking at me. "But we have to go."
"My pleasure, Mo." I say. "Bye Mimi." I say to you with a slight nod. Once the door clicks shut, an eerie silence lingers in the room. "Ah, reminisence." I whisper. "A blessed curse."

this kind of reminds me of someone I know. The maion character lady somehow seems to be acting like she's sick... I don't really know why i get that impression.

Wow. This was sorta sad, if you know what I mean. It seems like a huge shame...
It was written nice, but like Sodie said, you should make more paragraphs
No big deal though!
I love the plot to this and I would like very much to see it continued!

I love this.. the only parts I didn't love was that what "you" and "i" said are all smooshed up in one paragraph
separate them
I understand this
I'll say just that, which is enough for now
Thanks for sharing this, dear! You'll be ok
*dances with you and Mimi before sending this*
