the Enchanting Story / Paul Meets Kelly

Sir Paul De Boa La Beaux was a green long 1

sleek handsome gentleman frog. Green as the 2

sea grass that grows in the waters where he
swims and lives in. He was always hopping
around to see all there was to see. Paul knew
His pond like birds know their trees. The water
was the freshest water to be found any where
around. Everyone who drank here knew this was the best water for miles around.3

One day he heard a strange "Croak" possibily
someone new? Paul had dreams someday,
someone would come his way. Maybe this could
be the day, for the lady of his dreams. Focus,
relax, and float on down the river. He went
drifting, and enjoying the day as he went down
the river. It was getting very late in the
afternoon, and it was time to head back home.
Paul did a double leap and turned himself
around.5

Now it was time for the varity news from the
Dragon Flies. One -two- yom ah slurp- got ya-
y. What a life I have here! another one, - two,-
yum. On and on he ate in the early evening as
as the evening shadows began to appear7

"Croak!" Paul turned his head. "That is twice?"
Paul knew he was not alone. Relax look around
and watch. He sat and watches, and watches and watched. Still nothing was moving...anywhere.8

Slowly, Paul slipped out of the water and swam around. He went under the water, and stayed a
little longer than usual. He came up and floated
on his back, looking all around. Swoosh! a
shadow- coming nearer and nearer- what was
this. Up he popped behind the greens at the edge of the water!10

" A Frog- Oh ME!"Quietly, and quickly he
peaked out again to see. It was so dark,11

the shadows made it so hard to see well.12

He hopped from green to the open bank in the 13

moon light. Pretending not to notice, is she 14

looking at me? A few skeeters, I'll pretend I'm to15

eating again. Slowly turning around he 16

wondered. "What would he say?"17

"Excuxe me are you a lady frog?"-"New in the
Bog MY Lady?" "I though I was alone, Hello,18

Miss, Madam, Lady?" What should I say to this 19

lovely creature and how?20

She turned her head as if she didn't see him,
"What a creature!" Back she hopped into the 23

pond he went again. "Where is he now?"24

Now what do I do? Forget it , I'm going back25

into the water. Here I go for another swim, and26

peak around. Now to get back to my tree limb,27

and peer over the water. "Ker-plop!-OH!- ME!28

"What was that as she moved back?"30

Their lips touched as they went under water, and their eyes met.31

"Something hit me on the lips!" "Did he try
and kiss me that sly fox?"34

"Something hit me on the lips!" "Did she try
and kiss me, OH! Lovely Lady!" Hands over his
face and peaking to see what happened. 36

She was so shocked she just floated in the 38

water. Saying, "What is going on!"39

"Oh Lovely Lady Excuse Me?" frogs are green
and I am as red as she.41

"I was just looking for somebody, I thought 43

I heard a noise?" "Are you my Lady Frog!" he
blushed more if possible, "OH!Me?"44

"I was just looking for somebody to talk to."46

she said. "I am Nicole Ashley Lea-Treau, I was just floating down here." Kelly,- because of the color of green I am. she said.47

"Yes what a lovely shade of kelly green, .. a.. you are .. a.."49

"Kelly where did you come from?" he asked.50

"How long have you been here?" Kelly, I sure like that name./p>

"Listen to me babble. Where are my manners, care for a seat?" he asked.52

" I have a nice log over here where we can view the area very well." he pointed. 53

Off they swam to Paul's log. Up they hopped, where the water rippled a faint tune as they talked. As the sunset in the evening over the water pond. The shadows were setting in, how nice to share her thoughts. 55

"I like your view Sir." "The pond is very quiet and lovely." she remarked.56

"Oh I am sorry Kelly. I am Sir Paul De Boa La Beaux, excuse my rudeness."57

"You can stay the night, the pond is very large and quiet, if you care." he hoped.59

"For a while, this beats the lonelyness, and the beauty here is breath taking."60

"Skeeters! Oh My! One- two, I am so very 61

hungry, what flavor they have." she said.62

"Excuse me for eating in front of you, I am so very sorry." she bowed her head.63

"My hunger has over taken me." she sighed.64

"I was in the middle of dinner myself Kelly. Please enjoy yourself!"as he ate.65

I hear to this very day they are still there enjoying the view and each others company today.66
