"Kagami," said Aneko, the white twin.
"What is it ivory twin?" responded Kagami, the twin of darkness.
"We need to help these silly pirates out, dark sister."
"Yes we do, dear Aneko."
They're doing it again, Kyle thought to himself, they're speaking Japanese and gigling at me. I hate it when they do that. It's never good, and i usually look foolish. May as well go back to sleep.
Kyle slumped down. He blinked, and blinked again. And then his eyes were closed.
"Oh guard," said Aneko, putting on her charm. A guard reluctantly walked over to the cell door. "My sister and I have been given the wrong shackles."
"Ke?" asked the guard.
"You see, my sister is a mage, and she has not been given magic proof shackles, and I have. I know it's unusual for me to try and help you, but if my sister is not restrained, she will probably burn this ship, and that would really hurt.
"So if you simply switch our shackles, everything will be alright."
The guard opened their cell, and took the non magic resistant shackles off of Aneko. Aneko grabbed the guard's wrist, as Kagami melted through her non magic proof shackles.
The guard swung at Aneko with his free hand. Aneko grabbed his other wrist, and carried his motion into the bars of the cell. Judo is an excilent thing for any aspiring geisha to learn.
Kyle looked up. Standing before him, in the open cell door was Emerald Sun. "I need you. Get up." she said to him. A little part of him danced with joy.
Suddenly, Kyle awoke. "GET UP!" yelled Kagami as she kicked him in the side. Emerald was definatly not in the doorway.
"Sister Kagami, do try not to break our friends," said Aneko.
"You're right," said Kagami, "they are such delicate things.
The group piled out of the brig, and crept silently onto the Jolly Roger. They were free, the crew of the Emerald Sun would have to fend for themselves.
Or rather they would, if they hadn't sided with the Spanish, and if Emerald herself wasn't already aboard the party time machine. Kagami lit the mainsail of the Golden Gall on fire. They sailed for port, oblivious to the large ship with fireproof sails following behind them. The Golden Gall had one last hurrah in store.
The twins sat sipping tea. It took Kyle and Roger a minute to notice that they were sitting on a body. It looked alive, or at least alive enough to groan when Kyle poked it. There were plenty of drunk pirates in the pub.
Aneko set down her teacup on the table. Kagami finished her tea and did the same. They both stood, and walked outside saying, "We are going for a walk."
As they walked along the harbor, they noticed a huge black silohuette. It was a ship. A galleon specifically. And there were five longboats full of Spanish marines, headed towards the British port. With them were the crew of the Emerald Sun. Ready to fight for a spot on the crew of the Golden Gall.
"This does not bode well for our friends," said Kagami.
"We should warn them," said Aneko.
No warning was neccesary. A barrage of cannonballs hit the port town, smashing into buildings and exploding. Kagami's eyes went completely red, "They are heading for the Governor's manor," she said in an unearthly tone. Her eyes returned to normal.
They doubletimed up the hill to the Governor. At the gate, Kagami spoke first, "Give me a shooty stick!"
"What? We don't have time for you miss."
"Give me your shooty stick!"
"What are you talking about."
"There are men with shooty sticks coming here, give me yours so that i can enchant it!"
Aneko stepped forward, "She means your musket."
"That's what I said!" yelled Kagami. Fire leapt from her hands and scorched the earth. Reluctantly, the guard handed his weapon over.
"Now, when you shoot your shooty stick, the hurting ball will explode on impact," said Kagami. She enchanted all the muskets in this way.
The guards took up defensive positions, and when the Spanish came running up, they fired. The tree line retreated ten feet, there was Spaniard everywhere.
The Spanish marines took up their own positions, and the stalemate began. Both sides sent volley after volley at each other, no more casualties came to the Spanish, who had plenty of reenforcements waiting on the hill below.
Then a sound of steel came from the bottom of the hill. 5 sabers, held by Sir Horus, Roger, Kyle, Emerald, and the stainless steel bard, were cutting their way up the hill. The front lines of marines faltered, weakened, and retreated.
The governor walked out and saw the mess. "Who is the leader here?" Roger stepped forward.
"I am Sir," he replied.
"I owe you and your friends very much," said the Governor, "I would like to hold a ball in your honor, and I would like to conscript you to help defend our port.
"Sir I would love to dance and get drunk in your masion, but I cannot promise to stay in this port. The life of the sea, is the life for me."
"That rhymes," said Kyle.
"Shut up Kyle. At any rate, what I mean is..." he looked at Kyle and together they yelled, "PARTY TIME!"

"there was Spaniard everywhere".. were spaniards?? idk.. "masion"? mansion, perhaps.. lol. lol. i don't really care about the typos, but i mention them anyway...

-
no, there was spaniard everywhere. were spaniards implies not only that they were still in a state of peopleness, but also that you could distinguish where one's blood ended and the other began. but the mansion is dead on.
