This was a very original take on that choice, I really liked how you went about this. (This contest keeps getting harder and harder to judge though, heh.
) Anyways, I loved the smooth flow, it felt like I was riding gently in a boat on that river you were describing. The imagery was excellent, I felt like I was seeing snapshots before my eyes of the scenery. I liked the wording of this, it gave the poem a unique feel that I really enjoyed, kind of mystical and yet realistic all a the same time. This was well done, I enjoyed the read, thanks for entering and good luck.
Renae.
