A smile tugged at the corner of my lips as soon as I heard the now familiar purr of a motorcycle entering my driveway. He rung the doorbell and I crawled out of bed for the first time today. I looked down and realized I was still dressed in my pajamas.
Oh, fuck it, I thought to myself. My pajamas consisted of a short pair of black cotton shorts and a light blue t-shirt that was about two sizes too big for me. I ran a hand through my wavy hair as I hopped down the stairs. I searched for a hair tie on my wrist, but found none. I sighed and opened the door.
Daniel actually looked shocked to see me. I waved a hand in front of his face for a while until he came to.
"Hello," I chimed.
"You look different" was all he said.
"Maybe because you're the only one to ever see the real me."
