a careful extraction from the tedium archives...part two.

Little over a century had left the ravaging moments far in the backs of many people's minds across the entire planet, but none of the races had ever taken it upon themselves to reach out to a different nation and exchange words of sympathy and hopes for better relations and forgiveness for the level of insanity that they had all allowed themselves to escalate to. It was not until the Erom had fully established themselves as a distinguished race from the others, and needed to present their obtuse evolution to their brethren. Unfortunately, it was only the Erom people who, as an entire race, were curious as to the current status of the others, who had not even attempted contact with other parts of the world as far as they knew. The first to establish a diplomatic link to the Setujin people was Viitros Alaxandar XI, the Arsythe of the Erom, who was a heroic and legendary figure for many years through the Erom kingdom's highest peaks of reign. ("Arsythe" referred to an all-powerful Lutran mage that acted as a high ruler over each nation.) He was a forward-thinking, philosophical man who simply refused to hold grudges, or seek ill nature out of his fellow people or the other races. Viitros reached out to Ca'granad, the Setujin Arsythe, with words of consolidation and forgiveness for the violent past they had shared. Unfortunately it seemed that Ca'granad had grown cold over the years...he had reigned the Setujin realms for many years, but he was not a good man and most Setujin people feared him. They would not attempt to reason with their Kings, for their Kings and Queens also feared Ca'granad for his reputation as a merciless killer and a worthless diplomat. 1

When the message sent by Viitros reached the realms of Decfonia, it sent virtually millions of messages all across the realms of the continent. This was apparently a very big deal to many, many people...some were even murdered for hearing of or passing any information about the contact from another race. It was a very immense ordeal that stayed very much underground; everyone was aware, none spoke of it. Again, because of instilled fear by Ca'granad's fierce orders. Ca'granad's reply was not cordial and was not positive. Ca'granad instead accused Viitros of abandoning the Setujin people as a whole even before the ravaging moments had ever ensued, before their war, before anything. This was so deep a wound to be felt emotionally that Viitros spat on Ca'granad's apparently rotting, hateful soul, and this event reached even the outer limits of Kendaria. But we will not go into that yet.2

So Viitros instead made an attempt to communicate with the other races, and on this they were very much accepted and responded in good terms. Viitros travelled all the way across the planet to meet with Xaraxsis, the Arsythe of the Akyran people, in the Key, which was a part of a peninsula shared with the Domu people known as Sydrallai. The Setujin people knew of it as Dalguran, which simply met "fishing shores" in their old language because it was so close to Draerin that some fishermen would travel there in groups and drink lots of ale and have a jolly time fishing on the shores. It became so popular that a Setujin town was established on the beach, and they called it Dalguran, and since at that time the rest of the continent was seemingly uninhabited, they named the whole continent Dalguran as well. When the Akyrans reached the shores, they spoke with the setujin people about using the lands to start new lives and prosper away from the horrid memories of Zanzeroth and the destruction of the forsyth people. The setujin could not refuse, for they are sympathetic, and understanding people. Dalguran is still there on the beachside of the continent, but the rest is filled with kingdoms and towns built by Akyrans.3

...How I stray from the story..forgive me.4

Thus, since Ca'granad refused to interact with the Erom, a rebellion broke out among the Setujin cities. They brought their own codes of living and dealing with outside realms, and were also completely opposed to the ruling of Ca'granad over their people as a whole. They called themselves the Ryllian brigadiers, and for a long time they had no leader, or no stability in control at all. But as they travelled across Draerin and later even crossing the great hills and plains and forests of Decfonia and reaching Melgolin, their strength grew in many many numbers and they became somewhat hostile and reckless. It was not until a woman named Ilari rose to lead the Ryllian brigades into zones of power and political control that they grew a sense of purpose. Ilari was a woman who had belonged in King Aarlos of Draerin's royal court, as co-chancellor and sociological advisor to his majesty. Ilari had seen Arsythe Ca'granad attempting to bribe Aarlos with greath wealth and a power that many would not believe existed if they were told. Ilari had been seen by guards on her way out of the castle and was brought to trial for an "unnecessary amout of knowledge about a private ordeal of their king." as absurd as it may have been, she was proven guilty, and the council decided to spare her life and banish her from the realm forever. She was to leave Draerin...but she thought otherwise. She had heard of the rising Ryllian brigades and had also heard that they had no leader. She quickly grabbed a sword and travelled fast and hard to reach their camps, and explain to them all that had happened to her. How Ca'granad had attempted to bribe the king into doing something that she was not aware of, and that unless something extremely shocking were to happen to the king in due time, then he could be capable of killing someone, or even killing thousands of someones. The Ryllian brigadiers hailed her for their chance to get worldwide acclaim and to hopefully gain some form of political control over the Setujin lands. They also made her their leader. Ilari lead the brigadiers back to King Aarlos's castle, and he was assasinated by an archer through a high window in the castle's enormous dining hall. The news had shocked people in such a way that they were certain that Ilari had been the one responsible. But this is a story that goes deep and far, and is beside the point to be fully explained now.5

This break in Setujin culture would later enforce a movement of people to move off the continent of Decfonia and onto a neighboring smaller continent that they called Vindrallan. Here this resistance to Ca'granad's rule would create kingdoms and armies and rules and standards of their own, and made every attempt to break as far away from Decfonian rule as possible. At the same time, Ryllian brigadiers grew in numbers and in experience. When Ca'granad was informed of the Ryllians and their actions against his rule, he immediately sent out armies of sophisticated mages from Vouulum, temples of high-class magic use in the frozen northern islands by the pole, which the Setujin had named "Tup'thussa", which meant "unexplored and feared". None dared to travel that far. The Atu-Setujin, which were people that were accustomed to the frozen climates, did not even dare make cities as far as Tup'thussa, because of total fear of the mages and their powers. These mages were sent out secretly and scattered all across Decfonia and for several weeks sought out Ryllian brigadiers and attempted to kill them. But they had underestimated the power and tactics of the brigadiers, and many of these mages were killed and/or captured and sold away for ransom money. It was after this event that they finally broke free from the Decfonian lands and were hated by Ca'granad in ways that his superiors would not allow him to demonstrate. 6

The people that founded and lived in Vindrallan, and even the brigadiers that were scattered throughout Decfonia, were later simply known as Ryllians. By the Setujin people on Decfonia, they were known as ruffians, troublemakers, and hot-headed fools. But it was the Ryllians who were first to completely fall in love with the Erom race and their total difference from the Setujin. Ryllians began to flock to Sunhaven almost as though it were mandatory, choosing the carefree and happy lives that the Erom had grown so accustomed to. The Ryllians that stayed behind in Vindrallan would later intercept boatloads of Erom and Akyran immigrants that would live in their cities and make the new continent as a whole an open, free continent that offered good living, steady job wages and many different kinds of people. 7

Their religion was not intercepted by any other race completely, but this was because most other races had been smarter and had steered clear of religion entirely, seeing it as the initial complication that had caused the breaking of their world. Akyrans believed in themselves, and in their families, and did not need the guiding light of any form of god, because of what they were and where they came from. The Domu people instead worshipped animals and plantlife, venerating them to a near godlike status. Domu people would make very special bonds with animals, and were capable of communicating with them and sharing very rare and special magic with some. 8

There are many more tales to be told, but I grow weary from my recordings. There is still so much more to learn.9

thanks dood, im glad you liked the stories. i can imagine this being like a japanese anime cartoon series or something, but I really just want to compile all my information about Kendaria into a book, and sell them as a whole series of books on the planet kendaria and the whole dual-solar system and the planets that it consists of. its pretty interesting shit i guess and i think a lot of people would dig it because its weird, fresh, and extraordinarily trippy. thanks again man, peace.

Once again, you've got me interested. I still think this is presented in a less story like manner, but the imagination is there. I agree with sanity, I could easily see this as a screenplay or tv series. Keep on writing.
