Someone to Hold [Part 2.]

Walking as fast as she could, Shymiah was speed walking down the block of Marshall Street.

"What's wrong with you, you is walking too fast for me chick" said Shyan with out of breath.

"I ain't trying to bump into the folks around here" Said Shymiah walking faster.

While turning the corner of Marshall and Indiana Ave. the three girls heard someone shouting.

"Baby girl, baby girl, is that you?" shouted the unknown person.

Shymiah, Shyan and Jennifer were trying to recognize who the person was, but they were too far away to even see.

"Who that crazy man calling out babygirl?" said Jennifer.

"Mia, nena, it's me Tito!" shouted the person.

Automatically, when Shymiah heard the name "tito" all her nightmares came back to reality.

Tito was someone that Shymiah least wanted to bump into. Ever since he dated her mother hell broke loose in her household. Fights constantly happening at home, little sister running away at night, alcoholic mother not able to control herself, Shymiah never wanted to hear about him ever again.

Shymiah Spazzed out on Jennifer and Shyan

"What the f*ck, walk faster, yall walk so damn slow"

While they were trying to walk faster Tito ran towards Shymiah to catch up to her.

"Mirala que bonita, you got bigger, how you been?, How's your mother?"

Shymiah turned around with a furious look on her face.

"Why are you talking to me?" she asked.

"Nena, calmate, I haven't seen you for a longtime. Are you doing ok? you seem kind of stressed out?"

Right before Shymiah was gonna say something, Jennifer budded in

"She hasn't taken her pills yet, so we have to leave right away before she blacks out, ok bye"

Jennifer and Shyan drag Shymiah down the street before she does something she would have regretted.

"Pills? since when she's taken pills? shymiah is there something i need to know?" Tito shouted down the block with concern.

"Oh shut the...." Shyan covered Shymiah's mouth and dragged her all the way home.
