My mentor

Seven times I kicked that little rock, waiting for the answers to light inside of me. What did he mean? What was he expecting me to say?

I suddenly saw him looking at me: he was behind a few rocks staring at me with a look he never expressed before, his lips were pressed one against the other, his eyes were like trying to understand something, which was even more rare in him, he just knew it all.

Thousands of times, he showed me the way through the stairway of destiny, he was like a father to me, or at least I thought that; until that day came.

Our queen was captured by the enemy, it seems that witches came over the air, flying with brooms made of pure oak. We have been told that the witch that was taking her in the broomstick wasn’t too strong, from the tallest tower, a few of us saw how she accidentally dropped our queen more than 5 times, some kids call those circles where you can see her face tattooed to the soil, the pain. As well as some traders found the teeth the queen lost in the way, and sold them for a lot of gold.

When I heard about what happened, I took my armor, shield, helmet, grieves and sword, and prepared myself for going to rescue her.

I went to my master’s chamber, to find guidance in this trip, but I found nothing but a small note under a little piece of coal; it said: I will be behind you in all times, Akrghänd, take the flower I left under the white rock, it’s a Simbelmynë, that flower will always lead your path to victory, now leave, for dark times are arising.

The rest of the journey is almost useless to tell, my master always tells me not to be vain, and that in mystery, the pride of mankind lays, what ever that means.

Although there’s one thing that shall be unlighted, for it meant a new experience to me.

I remember reaching to the highest floor of the tower, I saw her there, laying, she was dressed only with her beauty and skin; me, a virgin, still couldn’t believe what I was seeing, it seems it was my time, my master always told me to wait until the right time comes, and I believed that was it.

When I got close enough to her, I could smell the Simbelmynë, and I thought of my master, thanks to him I was there, to deflower the queen, alone, in the top of a tower.

That’s when I felt something behind me, hairy arms embraced me, as someone kissed me in my neck: it was my master. For a second, I was able to understand it all.

He told me to always await new experiences and embrace them, to open myself to anyone that I trusted since ever, no matter if he was human, no matter if he was male, female, or anything.

I understood, why was he looking at me in that way, and through all his guidance, I finally understood what I was supposed to do, he loved me not as a son, but as a lover; I couldn’t say no, and I think I didn’t want to either, I just received his kisses, while the queen kissed me as well, and I was deflowered the same day the queen was, our love became a secret, so did our sexuality.

Author notes

2. The hero has a "wise old mentor" who explains everything to him, for example, why certain esoteric groups were set up and why the king is evil and how dragons give birth.

i really didnt quite know what i was looking for, i just let my mind do the twist whenever it felt like it.
