Dahlia and Trixie stared with mouths agape as the shadow blasted out a triple beam of fire,, engulfing the house in flame. They also noticed that there were three smaller shapes on its back.

It sounded like they were in panic mode.

Trixie pulled the jet pack out again. "Let's see if this doubles as a missile!" She turned it on and let it fly at Hydreigon's central head. The triple terror let out a roar and used Fire Blast - aimed directly at Trixie.

Dahlia got out a weird metal thing that deflected the blast. Trixie stared for a few moments before her unasked question was answered. "Trix, it's a flame shield. My Flare was quite the rebellious Ponyta back in the day."

"A wha-" Trixie was about to fire off another question when Dahlia tackled her. Just and inch above  the girls' head, a Focus Blast shot by, knocking down trees as it went. Some of the trees crushed houses.

While Hydreigon was trying to kill -yes, kill- Dahlia and Trixie,  Bianca fell off his back and face-planted nearby. When she sat up, she saw a heart wrenching scene - two children were crying as their older brother tried to get out from under a fallen tree.

Bianca inched into the bushes that she knew so well and worked at cutting the ropes that tied her limbs. (Ghetsis was too cheap for manacles, apperantly. Only Night is manacled because she's the ringleader.) She rubbed her ropes on some sharp thorns - the same ones that scraped at her knees when she was a child.

She looked up and just barely kept down a wail. Hydreigon had Trixie backed into a corner, and all three of his heads seemed to be getting ready to fire.

Bianca went into her panic mode, running around like a goof. Eventually she got her wits back together long enough to think. Drastic times call for drastic measures. The adrenaline pulsed as she noticed some stray obsidian.

*********

Dahlia watched in horror as Trixie got backed into a corner.

Trixie felt around for something to defend herself with while keeping her eyes locked with Hydreigon's. Eventually Trix felt something - a rock.

Trixie chucked the rock at Hydreigon's nose, causing him to back up and rub his hurt face with his head-hands. He was distracted long enough for Trixie to slip away.

When Trixie reunited with Dahlia, her face was grim.

"We have to hurt Hydreigon until he doesn't rise to hurt US. See anything for use as a weapon?"

The girls looked up from their search to see an orange-clad blonde carrying a makeshift spear.
