The Order of the Dragons chapter one

He sat in the field drifting in and out of sleep as he remembered the night before. He had woken up in a cold sweat as he had a dream about his past. Today, he thinks that he really never had a past; well, atleast not one that he wanted to remember.

Dai Korosomo used to be part of a world famous order of heroes which was called The Order of the Dragons. Each member was a strong elemental dragon. Dai Korosomo was thought to be one of the weaker dragons because his natural element was wind. The true leader of the order was the only one who knew the true power of the wind dragon. Dai was asked to join the order as a child because of the enormous amount of energy that he possessed. He never did complete his training because he defied the order and gave in to his lust for battle.

The true leader of The Order of the Dragons thought it would be best not to tell anyone how strong Dai really was. If the other members knew, it would only cause them to dislike and begin to hate him even more. Dai Korosomo had to deal with years of bullying as a child; just because he was never able to harbor the power sealed inside him, he was considered a failure. Normally, Raiken Oromono, the leader of the order, would seek out gifted teens to undergo elemental training as a dragon. As a child, they would never really know that they had such powers because they would only become active as soon as they became teenagers. Dai however, was a special occasion. His powers became active a few years before he was a teenager; accepting him into the academy before everyone else.

The Order of the Dragons was an order sworn to fight for justice. There was much evil in all of the vast realms of the world, but it seemed the order was not completely dedicated to fighting for justice. It seemed that by not getting involved, they thought that justice would come to be on it's own. There were always many crimes; most of them being murder, that were reported to the order. The members would always say that they would do everything they can to fix their problems, but they would stay out of other peoples affairs.

To this day, Dai Korosomo is trying to figure out why he was cast out of the order. As Dai got higher in his ranks, he would be sent on missions or be used as a messenger. Sometimes, he would also serve as some sort of secretarty who took all the complaints from normal citizens of the city. As a valued member, Dai Korosomo would get frequent word of their plans. Very rarely the order would fight for justice, but they tried not to get involved. when they did, they would use nonviolent disobedience.

Dai was a strong member of the order with one purpose; achieve justice and peace throught the world. With the biggest goal he could ever try to persue, he would normally pay no mind to the demands of the order. By persuing his own goals for justice, he was exiled from the order and sentenced to be stripped of his natural elemental power as a wind dragon. As the wars begin to end, he slowly realises why he was exiled from The Order of the Dragons.
