Freeing Phoenix part 31

"So... whadda ya think," Luke asks sitting next to her.

"Awww, no ones ever given me flowers before," Liz says, eyes brimming with tears as he hands her a bunch of flowers.

Travis rolls his eyes, "What a DRAMA QUEEN. Gettin all mushy over stupid flowers."

"That's so sweet," Ana says looking at the bunch of flowers.

"AW, come on," Travis says getting up, "its just a bunch of flowers from outside."

"But it's the thought that counts Trav," Chester says.

"Geeze, you guys are gettin soft," Travis says looking at the flowers. "Besides, we have places to go and people to see."

"What people," Chester asks standing up.

"There are no people," he says, "but that's what they say."

"I've always wondered who THEY are," Ana says standing up.

"Uh...stupid people," Liz and Luke say at the same time.

"Yeah, probly right," Chester says ignoring the fact that they spoke in unison.

"Come on come on come on," Travis says impatiently.

"Ok, geeze Trav, chill," Ana says picking up Luke's book bag.

"I don't wanna get up," Liz moans, "Its nice down here."

"I promise it'll be fu-un," Travis says as he starts up his quad.

"I'll help ya up," Luke says walking over to her.

She groans when he helps her up. As they walk to the quads he brushes her back off. When he helps her onto the quad, his hand slips and brushes her butt. "Oops," he mumbles blushing, "accident."

"Uh huh, right," Chester says sarcastically as he climbs onto his quad.

"Oh come on Ches, like you've never pulled a move like that before," Travis says walking by and poking him.

"Yeah yeah," he says as Ana sits down behind him.

"Aww, shit" Travis shouts looking at his watch, " its almost 9, the place is closed already."

"Ok, so what," Luke says, "just gotta think of somewhere else to go."

"Park," Ana suggests.

"Nah," Travis says, "how bout the mall?"

"Eh, we can do that tomorrow," Chester says, "Wanna just drive around?"

"But its getting dark out," Liz says, "driving around is so much funner in the daytime."

"Movie theater," Luke asks.

"We aren't allowed into any of the really good ones though," Travis whines.

"Hey, I know," Liz exclaims, "lets go to a bar."

"Perfect idea Liz," Ana says sarcastically, "only one little teenie tiny problem, we aren't old enough."

"Ya we are," she says, "if we hurry up we'll have like an hour before they kick us out."

"Eh, ok," Ana says, "theres nuthin better to do."

"I'm cool with it," Travis says, "Chester? Luke?"

"Sure," Chester shrugs, "why not."

"Alright," Luke agrees sliding in front of Liz and revving the quad.

"Follow me guys, I know just the place," Chester says driving away.
