Seeing a truth
Beyond the pretence,
Knowing the flesh is
Spirit's defence,
Taking the time
To look at the sky
While the stars
Manifest the light
In our hearts.
Lands beyond time
They are there
To remind, that all
Is not how we
Perceive it to be.
Enlightenment
Gives us the
Knowledge we need,
To cope with the
Everyday, everyway
Life. Without it
What point would
There be?

Aww, I love how you said that the stars reflect the light in our hearts... maybe that IS one way of looking at them and just realizing that we admire the beauty of what's within us
The mellowness of this poem... is just infectuous ^_^ I just feel all calm and peaceful and hopeful now
