did the house have any sort of history?

I asked myself as we prepared to view the old shooting lodge. Many, many times I have experienced 'feelings' and seen unexplained occurrences, I wondered if I would experience anyhting there.

I went along with my daughter, to view an old 'shooting lodge' this must have been built around 1700 maybe earlier. It was the oldest house in the area. The gentle man that lived there was reluctantly selling, although he did later change his mind. When we were taken around, there was such a presence in this house. But there were two or three places in particular, that I vividly remember and they were, what I would call 'blind spots'. Try as I might, I could not focus on three separate sections of the floor in each of these rooms, I walked through them, stood in them, and each time the 'blind spot' remained, everywhere else was clearly in focus. My daughter did not share this but she did pick up on the presence. But on these spots the energy was very intense and I have to say not good, although the rest of the house had a lovely feeling of calm. Even up in the eaves, with the old oak beams in the ceiling, held a 'good feel', but also a definite feminine feel.

When we went to leave, the gentleman showed me a glass ball that had belonged to his Mother, explaining that he took it with him everywhere, this to me seemed like a lucky charm that had been passed down to him, and surrounded him in this house
