I JUST WISH (sonnet2)

I wish I was a songbird,

A songbird to sing a melodious song.

A song to woo and sooth your heart.

I just wish I had that charm.

I wish I had wings,

Wings of which I could have flown,

Flown to that special place in your heart.

I just wish I can find it and nest there.

I wish I had that melodious voice,

Voice to cheer and smooch your heart.

Your heart where my love wish to feast.

I wish we could join hearts and be merry.

I wish I had that feathered touch,

A touch soothing like a shower-rain.

Rain washing all the pain and sorrow.

I just wish I can be the one to be.

    Beautiful work.
    great flow, the use of the words enriched it and even though you used a few words a couple of times fairly close togeather you managed to keep it interisting.

    This was nice. The kind of thing I would write. I have a few, just haven't posted them. I liked this a lot. I could relate to it. Great Job!!!
