Dylan didn't say much as I put the beast away. He just collapsed on his kness beside me, with his gloved hand extended towards me, hinting for me to pull the glove off. Without a word, I did. I slid it back onto my hand and slowly moved my gaze to Dylan's face.1
His cheeks were still a bright red. But I couldn't tear my eyes away from his. Something about them was just..odd. It could be the way the bright blue of eyes contrasted with his dark skin. Something about them..almost scares me. 2
It suddenly hit me. His eyes, they were the same color as the woman from my dreams. His skin tone held the same shade of caramel. His hair was dark and black, like the way hers had been. It was long, but only to about the center of his neck. But this is all probably just a coincidence, and I'm freaking out over nothing but... No. There is no such thing as a Jennedoe, my imagination is way too overactive.3
"Umm..I have to go. I've got another class." I jumped as he snapped me out of my daze. God! I probably looked like a total idiot!! I just sat there! I couldn't move, I couldn't speak. I just stared at him! He probably thinks I'm some weirdo stalker person!!!4
"Nothing, huh?" I jumped again. This time it was Sarah though. "What was that all about?" She knelt down beside me and began to mess around with her hair. She pulled out her clip and let her dirty blonde hair run free around her shoulders for a short time, then twisted it back into a bun. "What? What did I do?" She laughed. "You said there was 'nothing' between you two! I didn't see 'nothing'! I saw you two, staring so deeply into each others eyes, so lost in thought, neither person could speak."5
I grinned and pulled the beast up to my side as Sarah followed along, pulling her French horn up along with her. "Well, I, ok, I really can't explain that. That was just, well, I'm not sure what that was. We kinda just lost all words and, I blanked out." She shook her head and chuckled. "So..you're saying you got so lost in...well, whatever you see in him, you just couldn't speak. But most likely, whatever was going through your head, was going through his also."6

Free time!! Aspin is at class and I have the entire room to myself! This is probably my favorite time of the day. Most of the time I read one of my manga books(I brought 6 of my thousand) or write. I forgot to bring my notebook, so I haven't been drawing much. But it looks like I'll have to today.8
I dug through Aspin's desk until I could find her notebook. I tore out a peice of paper, grabbed a pencil and some colored pencils, and bounced back onto my bed. I set the peice of paper on a fishing magazing that was sitting out on her desk and tried to dig back into my mind and find that image of that terrible beast so I could copy it onto the paper.9
It wasn't hard to find it, the picture had been haunting my mind all day. Before I could think, the pencil went to work, without me even telling it to. I watched in horror as my hand sped across the page, faster than should be possible for a normal human hand. Without thinking, I screamed. I tried to stop my hand, but I had no control over it.10
My hand threw the pencil aside and began to grab out the colored pencils, first the black, as it colored the claws, the hair, and the demonic eyes. Three loud knocks. A counselor must have heard the scream. But I couldn't break free from my hand. Something was wrong. It was almost as if a demon had posessed my hand. This isn't normal!! "I can't.. I'm fine, everything's ok!" I shouted to the door. "Are you sure?" It was Bonnie. "No!" I cried. "Can you open the door?" I shook my head with tears streaming down my cheeks. "Bonnie, something is wrong! I can't open the door. I can't move.."11
There was a loud bang on the door. It wasn't a knock, though. Another bang, and the door flew open. "Bonnie!" I cried out. She ran over to my bed and stared down in horror and shock at my speeding hand as it was adding the final touches to the picture. "What the..?" Soemthing black splattered onto the paper. It had come from my cheeks. Bonnie looked up at my face and almost screamed, but quickly clasped her hand to her motuh to stop it.12
Before either of us could say anything, the picture was finished, and I was sent into an overwhelmed heap int the middle of the floor. My hands were pressed against my burning cheeks and I curled my head into my stomach. I barely had any control over my body. 13
"Cat!" Nonnie shrieked as she fell onto the floor beside me. She worked to pry me out of my little ball. I gasped ina huge breath as I finally regained feeling in my hand and all control came back to me. I gazed down at my hands, covered in some kind of black liquid. I shook Bonnie's hands off of me and ran to the mirror in the corner of my room. Black trails from my tears streaked my face. My hair was disheveled and my eyes were red and burning.14
"What just happened?" Bonnie asked weakly. "I think I just drew the picture for you." I turned back to her. You could see the terror in her eyes. Her face was so pale and afraid. She turned over to the bed and picked up the notebook paper. I joined her to look. It looked exactly like what I had seen in my dreams. It looked more like a photgraph than a drawing. "This is the Jennedoe?" I nodded. "Exactly what I had seen." She took a deep breath. "Cat, something's wrong with you, and it has something to do with this beast."15
