Contrasting Emotions/Libidos

Her hand is caught between my legs, her forearm cool against the warm skin of my thigh. She’s come in straight from the outside, straight from the rain, and ambushed me under the heavy blanket where my body was safe and warm. Within minutes she was inside of me, testing me, holding me, filling me, and I held on for dear life.

And now her thumb brushes the tightly woven curls, slides its way down the soft skin of the joint at my inner thigh. I gasp and hold her shoulder ever-tighter. Red marks on her white skin, possessive marks that circle like claws. Her arm is straining with effort, and I try to keep up. Sweat beads on my forehead and I push away the last dredges of sleep from my brain.

With the last part, we are there, and I’m released from this prison of a body and sent towards the ceiling. My hips rise with the effort of sustaining my bliss while she leads me down with sweet kisses.

I hold my breath; release. She wipes the sweaty bangs out of my eyes and smiles at me. A grin spreads on my lips, and within seconds I am laughing. She laughs too – the absurdity of the situation makes us laugh, until we cry, until we laugh again. My head is resting on her arm, her hand is spread on my stomach. We still laugh.

I close my eyes, I breathe deeply. She touches my arm lightly, so lightly I can barely feel it, and I hum contentedly to myself..

We fall asleep like this, tangled limbs, the forgotten blanket, and our matching smiles.
