A Risky Kind Of Love.. Chapter 16

"What do you mean we missed allot, Sarah that was Harry Andrews who just kissed you!" Katy exclaimed frowning.

Sarah ushered them in while explaining all that had happened. Her mom waved from the kitchen as the girls trudged up the stairs. She was a little worried about their reactions since she was afraid they wouldn't like her anymore.

"Are you mad that I didn't tell you guys?" Sarah asked from in front of her mirror as she started to insert bobby pins and hair ties. Trinket was weaving in an out of their legs while Sarah waited for one of them to start talking.

"Sarah...." Karen started but then fell silent Sarah glanced at her but when she didn't say anything else, just stood there in fact staying rather quiet so Sarah glanced at Katy.

"Well Sarah,..." Katy said not looking at her but finding the floor apperently more interesting. Sarah was just about to give up on them when Katy looked up all of a sudden her eyes flashing fire.

"God Sarah what the hell are you thinking, I know for a fact he's twenty-eight years old, I mean your only seventeen thats  elleven, ellevin! years older then you!!!" and then "I can't talk about this right now, Come on you two we'll get ready at my house." Katy told Missy and Karen who looked shock at her outbreak but followed her out the door none the less. When Katy reached the door after the other two had went out it she turned back to look at Sarah. "When you finally decide to stop seeing Mr.Andrews and want to be friends again give us a call, You know I cant believe you are actually considering a relationship with him, He's too old for you Sarah, But I can understand why you like him but it's the fact that your just now telling us and not when it started is whats getting me, I thought we were friends." And with out another word Katy and the other two girls left the house.

Sarah stood glancing out the door in shock, She understood what Katy was getting at, she really did. It was just that it was her life not theirs and she had a right to be with whom so ever she chose. She was still staring at the door in thought when Derricks frame suddenly filled it.

"You heard...?" Sarah asked him quietly still in wonder at Katy's reaction.

She heard Derrick let out a huge sigh. "Yea I heard, so you still want to go to the dance or should we go rent some scary movies, get some food and popcorn and party with your mom and Pete all night? Maybe Evan and Harry can come too?"

"Yea I'm all for the movie thing even though there going to be scary, you don't know it but I'm a huge screamer. I try to hide it but I'm really a big frady cat, my mom and Pete thinks it's funny, And the dance would'nt be much fun anyway with all my friends hateing me. But I don't want to invite Harry with Pete being here that would be just another problem plus he's chaperoning the dance tonight anyway so I'm gonna go call him to tell him I wont be there but go ahead and invite Evan, we'll do our own thing tonight. You go rent the movies, my mom has a jar in the kitchen with money in for that kind of stuff. She'll probably want to go with you anyway so ask her." Sarah smiled at him. "She likes scary movies and will want to get the scariest ones." She told him and with a small salute Derrick turned and went out of the room.

Sarah went to the hall to grab the cordless then went back into her room and shut the door. Since it was an hour till the dance Sarah thought Harry would still be at his house. Lying on the bed she dialed Harry's cell.

"Hello..." He answered on the eighth ring sounding breathless.

"Were you busy..?"

"Hey beautiful, no I was just feeding the dogs before I left for the dance, So is Cinderella ready to go to the ball or has Fairy God Mother not shown up yet?" He asked and Sarah could here the smile in Harry's voice.

"Thats why I was calling, After you left my friends blew up at me about how you were too old and about me not telling them. So I decided not to go to the dance. Me, Derrick, Evan, Pete and Mom are just going to make a night of it here watching scary movies, I just wanted to tell you so you wouldn't worry when I didn't show up." Sarah told him quietly as she sat up to lean against her pillows.

"Ahh honey are you okay?" Harry asked just as quietly.

"I'm fine Harry, They'll get over it, their going to have to because I doubt I'd ever willingly give you up."

"Listen Sarah, I can't get out of chaperoning this dance, but I can see you after it gets over...."

Sarah was just about to tell him that it would be to late but Harry went on too fast for her to get a word in.

"Sweety I have to go I cant find my car keys and Emma's a little peeved and glaring daggers at me because I forgot to feed her. I love you and I'll see you later, Bye sweetheart...."

Sarah heard the click as he hung up the phone and laughed to herself thinking about little old Emma, Harry's cat. She hung up the phone as she walked out of her room and went down to the kitchen, Her mom was gone so Sarah knew she was helping Derrick pick out all the new scary movies.

Sarah called delivery and ordered three large pizzas hoping it would feed everyone now all she was worried about was what everyone would drink, When she hung up the phone the doorbell rang, answering it she smiled at Evan who came complete with two twelve packs of Mt. Dew and a box of donuts.

"Man your a life savor, I was just thinking about what everyone would drink. I did order pizzas though."

Evan just laughed and nudged her to take one of the twelve packs then followed her to the kitchen. Ten minutes later Mom, Pete and Derrick walked through the door carrying a sack with a familliar movie rental logo on the front.

"What did you get?" Sarah asked peering into the sack.

"All the good ones hun of course, We got Freddys, and Chuckies, and of Course Jasons." Her mom told her taking off her jacket and tossing her purse on the kitchen counter.

"Oh great all killer movies you know those make me scream the worst, I just hate it when they jump out at you."

"Why do you think we got them honey, I told Derrick while we were picking them out that watching movies with you just makes them scarier and makes you laugh. When you scream it makes everyone jump, why I remeber last time we did this, one time you screamed and Pete just about jumped in my lap." She said laughing at Petes embarrassed expression.

"Now Molly, you know your over exagerating." Pete told her comming over and pulling her to his side.

"You'll see what I mean Derrick..." Her Mom said going to the door to get the pizza while Evan and Pete chuckled at her obvious enjoyment.

"God Sarah you really are a wimp when it comes to scary movies.." Derrick laughed as they went up the stairs to go to bed. " I don't think I've seen aanybody get that scared or scream that much ever, I think you spent half the time screaming and the other half hiding your eyes behind a pillow."

"Shut-up, I just cant stand it when they play that music and then the evil guy jumps out with claws or a chain saw. Freaks me out." Sarah told him ebding in a yawn.

"Well It is late almost three in the morning, I'll see you aro---und one or so tom--orro because I am not getti---ng up untill then." Derrick told her while he caught her yawn then smiling he gave her a wave goodnight and continued on into his room while Sarah went to hers.

She felt the slight breeze as she entered and puzzled over it because her window had been shut when she left. Since it was pitch black in her room she shut the door then reached for the light. Before she could reach it though a hand covered her mouth silencing the scream that erupted out of her throat.

"Shhh Sarah it's just me, baby calm down..." Harry breathed into her ear.

Immediatly Sarah relaxed back into him trying to calm her wildly beating heart. After taking a few seconds to calm herself Sarah tried to step out of his arms but Harry wasn't letting her go.

"I like you where you are..." He whispered into her neck pressing little kisses along it.

"Jesus you about gave me a heart attack Harry, What are you doing here...? She asked tilting her head aside to give him better access.

"Waiting for you... I've been here for an hour... I want to hold you for a while...I'll keep my promise and wait till your eighteen but .....I just want to spend a little while alone with you." He told her punctuationg each pause with a little kiss along her neck causing her to shiver.

Sarah reached behind her and locked her door then tugged him gently over to her bed and layed down upon it with him. Harry rose above her and slid his thumb along her cheek.

"God your beautifull, I love you." He said gently then kissed her. The kiss turned from gentle to much more but before it could really get going Harry put a stop to it and layed down on his side pulling her back to his front.

"Go to sleep baby, I know how tired you are, I'll hold you till you fall asleep then leave so you wont get into trouble."He told her his breath stiring her silver blonde hair as he presed a kiss to her temple.

"I love you too Elmer Harry Andrews...." She whispered smiling at his less then pleased sigh at her use of his first name then fell asleep with his hand stroking back and forth along the underside of her breast.
