A Day Full of Homophones!

I sailed the sea to see a bear1

But all I saw was a bare hare -2

He had no hair!3

So I had tea with a deer4

This dear doe ate a tee wrapped in pizza dough!5

Then I towed my eight-toed friend to the gate,6

At a steady gait.7

There I met a red bee8

Who read “How to Weigh Honey” -9

I know...there’s no way that could be!10
