A Child so hopeless... Yet so sincere and sensitive. Ten years old with "disabilities". I know you don't have many friends, but you can consider me one. I know you have a lot of hard feelings, but I want those to mend. I love you just as much as I would love you if you didn't have your "Disabilities", But the thing is, I don't call them "Disabilities", because everyone in the world is not capable of doing at least one thing, Right? So if we all have things that we can't do for whatever reason, then we must all be "Disabled" in some way or another, but in the best way of course. I call what you have "Things to work on". If you want to better yourself in any way, you can! No matter what a doctor says, or what people tell you, it is all up to you to improve yourself. I believe you can do it! I will be here if you need me in anyway, shape, or form. I will never turn my back on you, no matter what obstacles life may bring you. Don't let anyone ever put you down, and if they do, Stand up for yourself! You have a lot going for you and you will make it through life if you just keep that good attitude. I will always be here to protect you! Just remember, we all have "disabilities", and that makes you just as equal to everyone else. You can be like the ones who feel sorry for themselves, and look at their glass as half empty, or you can realize that it is only up to you to make yourself better. Look at your glass as if it was only half full, with much more to be filled.1

This was a nice story. Was it astory about your life also?

This was beautiful. The way that you wrote on an even keel about everyone being equal, regardless of the disability each individual has was very uplifting. well done and good luck

Hey Staycee! I really did like this! It was loving and sad. I think that would be awesome if we made up stories together. I will talk to you once I get back from my family reunion.
Great Write.

Who is this poem about? And I agree on that you never should let anyone tell you want to do or put you down. You have to live life for yourself and not the way someone else wants you to. Life is too short to allow someone to bring you down. This is a good piece. I liked it!
