It was a cold Sunday morning as I woke up to find myself snuggled up to him. Only, he wasn't there. I sat up and found a note next to my clock on the nightstand. I picked it up and read it.
Take a relaxing bath and follow the clues I've left you.
Love Always,
Your "Hubbie"
I smiled and walked into the bathroom to find rose petals covering the floor. I smiled and pulled back the curtain to find steamy water with a layer of petals over the top and floating candles. My foot touched the perfectly tempered water and I snuggled into it quickly. After cleaning up throughly, I got out wrapping a towel around myself. There was another note on the mirror.
There is an outfit on the bed. Put it on and go outside to the driver who will be escorting you to our spot.
I was confused. I dried my hair, applied makeup and dressed. After approving how I looked, I decided to go to the mysterious driver. I walked out of the house and there stood a man in a black tuxedo, black shades and a black hat. He opened the door for me as I entered there was a bottle of champagne. I opened it and drank a sip or two. I was nervous and I had butterflies just like I did the first day we met. After what seemed forever, actually more like fifteen minutes but I'm anxious, we arrived and the driver let me out. We were at a secluded portion of a park and there was a red blanket on the ground with rose petals all over. I went and sat down. I felt hands cover my eyes as a voice said, "Guess who?" I smiled and pulled his hands down. I stood up to hug him but he backed away. I was confused until he bent down on one knee and asked, "Will you be with me forever?" I giggled and replied, "We are already married, Hunny." He smiled and looked into my eyes. "I want to marry you over and over until we perish. I want to be with you forever...and a day." I smiled and tackled him. I have never been so in love. "I want to be with you forever and a day, too."
We laid on the blanket until the sun had set. He was stroking my hair and said, "I can't wait to be with you forver." I smiled and fell asleep with the man I'll be with forever and a day.

This was even sweeter as candy, more romantic as the movie Titanic. It could have a little more depth, and I'm waiting for the next episode.
You missed one letter in the last part: forver - forever
beginning: 3, language: 3, plot: 3, ending: 3, dialog: 3, characters: 3.

That was sweet, could maybe have been a little more indepth on her emotions, told a little deeper about how she felt with the letter, more then less then.
Lovely ending but (:
Lady Madeline.

I really loved reading this! It was one of the most touching things I have ever read here. I wish I had a guy like that (lol).
Thank you so much for entering my contest! I wish you good luck and hope to read more of what you write once I find out your name (I have it hidden)
Thanks again,
Mem

This was touching and sweet and sentimental all rolled up into one. Shows a beautiful image of love in one of it's gentler forms.
It did, however seem to draw to a close rather quickly. Other than that it was very, very nicely done.

Yes
Now this is one the things I like to do. It is nice to know another man can think up something to make his wife fall in love just a bit more. Maybe punch the ending a bit but oh, you told it so very well. Hey, thanks for the read.

beginning: 4, language: 3, plot: 4, ending: 3, dialog: 3, characters: 4.

Very good, but too short.
I really enjoy this story, but I want it to go on. I am certain Jackie will like it too. Thanks for entering. This is similar to Totem's "An Aniversary To Remember". Much success.
