Fear of truth?4
Fear of denying religion?5
Fear of not being able to follow through6
Ashamed of action.7
Let the words flow as if no one is reading, but then why write?8
why try to help others, when can't help yourself?9
Is my story worth telling?10
I want to show my daughter that I am.....11
Fear of repraisal12
what if there is no plot.13
can I expose the people in my life without hurting them?14
Can I expose Islam without putting people off?15
Do the words make sense after I write them?16
I know the knowledge I have aquired in my life would make me capable of writing a masterpiece.17
I'm not afraid to live when it comes time, but afraid of exposure.18

I enjoyed your quote in the author's notes. Thanks for sharing your soul in your poem. The writer's life sometimes seems like a lonely one and this contest is getting us all to share how we feel about our craft. Good luck in the contest.

I'm not sure what to think of this. I've read through it a couple of times, and I'm not quite sure what to think. I see how it relates to the quotes in the author notes, I'm just not quite sure what to think of it. It was well written though.

Wow
Fantastic links to the quotes - I can definitely see it. You've got a good idea here... there is no plot and you pointed that out, but it doesn't necessarily detract. This reads like a snapshot of emotion. I love it. -
Lot of deep thought in this. I liked it alot. I say write your story out and then press send. I'd like to read it.
