Old King Kole was arrested buy Fairyland DEA officers today for possession of a controlled substance, according to DEA Official Baba Yaga.2
Kole allegedly called for his pipe and his bowl, containing Marijuana, during a DEA sting operation, and then lit and smoked the illegal substance in plain view of undercover agents.3
Lawyers for Old King Kole are calling this a case of entrapment, and are moving to have the charges dropped in exchange for Kole's willing participation in a drug-treatment program.4
