That was the worst day in my life. I had just come back from church with my sister and my dad. Our cat Anna had been missing for a couple of days. She was an outdoor cat who had beautiful black and gray fur, and amazing green eyes that I would gaze into every morning. Lying in my bed, we would cuddle up together, and try to discover what each of us were thinking. It was another way of communicating. This day was a Sunday, the day where we usually played together outside. I was scared that something had happened to her, and that I would never be able to gaze at her beautiful green eyes again. When we were asking our neigbors if they had seen her, their first reply was that they didn't know that we had a cat, and that a truck killed her a couple day before. We mourned for hours over this great loss. I hope that one day I will be able to gaze at her beautiful green eyes like I once did.
