Death By Moonlight

"Black.Pitch Black."She said smiling up at the moon so loving lighting the sky with it's radiance."Yes,my love."He said,not quite paying attention,as he was gazing at her beauty.He had such admiration for her.No,admiration was not the word for it.The word might be love,but maybe that isn't even a strong enough word."So beautiful."She said with a hypnotized gaze.They loved the night.They loved eachother.1

They left their castle,which had once belonged to an old aristocrat.They, and many other creatures of the night had lived there.The smell of humanity was in the air.They looked at eachother."Shall we?"He asked her,smiling.He held out his hand to her.She accepted with such an innocent smile.2

She was far from innocent.Her eyes alone told of her ghastly deads,her lies,her seduction,and her sin.He loved her none the less,and possibly even more because of these conditions.They walked through the forest,the moonlight and stars shining through the trees.Hand in hand they walked,until they saw her.The human that they had been tracking this night.He approached the human this time."I shall be back,Loranna"he said to her without taking his eyes off of the human.Loranna smiled a devilsh smile.She knew what was to come."Alright Lex...make this one interesting."She smiled her seductive smile,and he went over to the human.3

No words were exchanged between Lex and this mortal.He played with her at first.Gently gliding his fingers through her hair,making her want him.Her head said no,but her lips said yes.He grabbed the back of her neck firmly,glancing up at Loranna who he could see,but this poor girl couldn't.He motioned for Loranna."It's time."He whispered in her mind.She nodded.She walked over to the opposite side of Lex.4

He glanced over again and nodded.They both ripped into each side of the girl's neck.I am sure her cries could have been heard for miles,and her tears could have filled a river.All that blood though,could have filled a dozen oceans.They threw her body near a  large weeping willow,almost mocking the girl's tears.They laughed silently to themselves,mouths dripping with blood.They kissed and tasted the blood on eachother,the feeling being indescribable."I love you,Lex."Loranna said,half-laughing."I love you too"he said,mouth still dripping with blood.They glanced back at the girl.It was quite pathetic,how she gave in so quickly,but most of their victims were the same."Should that be all for tonight,Loranna?"He interogated,almost wishing for her to say no."Is one ever enough?"She said with an innocent grin.5

Loranna and Lex had been together for eternity, well, at least as long as they can remember. They seemed to be only in their mid-20's, but their eyes and their wisdom, held the truth of their ages.Centuries upon centuries they had walked this earth together, feeding together. Still, they stay together, never wanting another. I suppose that could be considered true love.Love between such evil creatures? Such a  thing that I, myself, being human, could never comprehend.Perhaps they will, in fact, be together forever. No one really knows how long immortality lasts, do they?6
