Christmas Eve

In times of darkness and dispair,
do not worry, you're well aware,
that on the night of Christmas Eve
our spirits will be asleep and at ease.

Could it be the time of year,
where everyone is of good cheer,
that special time of christmas season,
when everyone is of good reason.

Christmas Eve will soon be here,
of that im sure we'll have to hear,
the pawing of each little hoof,
right above us on the roof.

The most precious thing you have done so far.

Leave it to a child to capture the essence of Christmas.

    It was wonderful to read.

    Let it snow
    Let it snow
    Let it snow.

*excuse me* Got carried away there.

This is really good! I didn't know you where a writer. I don't know if you care but you forgot to capitalize "I" in your last set of lines. Other then that it's really good. Tons of fun to read. Good job again!

This is really cute, not too serious, in fact very fun. I like it a lot. It has a nursery rhyme style to it. The next to last line seems a bit off as far as the number of beats, so you may want to take a look at it.

    Keep Writing,
    Kat
