My Crucible

As hell and heaven grapple on my back and I am torn between my choices I feel all my old pretences ripped away. All the world is staring at Me, at the scars on my arms, at the undeniable attractions that would repulse so many people. It is a providence, and no great change; I am what I always was, but naked now, Me, with my sanity stripped away, Naked! And the wind, your icy wind, will blow.
