The Wonderfully Sick Date

Lonely figures walk toward each other,1

Seizing up the chance to push the guilt away in vain.2

She dazzles in the candlelight, beautifully dolled up. 3

He flashes the cutest smile he knows. 4

Seems like a perfect place to meet.5

The people are quiet and the food is great.6

Somehow this blind date isn't turning out how they both wanted.7

She can't seem to have a good time her laughs are forced and her stomachs in a knot.8

Her friend told her it would help her forget about her ex; Him.9

He can’t focus and he’s getting bored.10

He thinks he’s crazy, I mean, here he is with a beautiful woman in a great restaurant with opportunity staring right at him.11

But he can’t seem to get his mind off his ex: Her.12

Conversation is dieing so she does the last thing she thinks will help her forget.13

She reaches out and touches his leg, and holds his gaze longer then necessary.14

She feels like a whore but His face keeps reappearing in her wineglass.15

He knows what’s going on but he somehow doesn't seem too "inspired."16

He smiles and decides to go along with it.17

She leans forward and starts to play with his feet underneath the table.18

Usually he has to stay focused not to look down a girl's blouse but he just smiles.19

She feels unattractive as he's not responding and she tries again.20

This time he wills himself to react and he touches her thigh.21

It doesn't feel right.22

Suddenly she passes her keys over to him and gets up.23

He knows he must follow if he wants to forget Her.24

His legs as heavy as led he rises and follows as if hypnotized.25

She tries to swing her hips, but her body is not listening.26

She walks straight with out appeal and she wants to cry.27

He walks looking at the ground.28

Okay, he must do this.29

Suddenly his instinct reacts and "inspiration" kicks in. 30

She turns around reassured and finally her heart speeds up,31

Into the room they step cautiously.32

Silence. What now?33

She decides to take charge, and pushes him on the bed.34

And in no time two bodies are intertwined35

Each mind somewhere else.36

Emotions are flaring as the night passes, 37

And dawn brings silence to the room.38

She lays in a ball, feeling vulnerable and scared,39

What had she done?40

Pretending to sleep he tries to recall last night,41

What had happened? Who is she? They hardly talked.42

The normal questions he used to ask are distant,43

And his body is paralysed as he listens to her weep.44

She has to get out. He will soon wake up and start asking her questions,45

Classic ones, she thinks. 46

Planning out her answers so she didn't stutter and seem to be lying. 50 seconds. Yes. Great. No breakfast? I’ll call you.47

She almost began to laugh. A One Night Stand.48

Why is she crying? Was I that bad? Was what he expected for him to think. 49

Instead he just got a painful shock in his stomach. He had to act normal.50

Ask normal questions. Planning out his questions he thought, how long? Have fun? How was I? I don't think I can stay for breakfast, I gotta go.51

He almost choked. A One Night Stand.52

Slowly he tensed his throat muscles and let out a croaky good morning.53

He didn't sound like himself. This was the worst night ever.54

Oh shit! She quickly wiped her tears and pretended to stretch.55

Who would buy this crap? She thought and forced herself to smile.56

She got up and covered herself with the blanket, walked over to the kitchen and set the water, waiting for the questions.57

She felt so dirty. I'm a whore! She screamed in her head. 58

As if on queue he asked a very familiar question.59

She wasn't even surprised. She answered each one as enthusiastically as she could.60

A lump rose in her throat. In her tea she saw His face.61

Quickly she looked away and suddenly she realized last night didn't help her forget about Him.62

All night she thought about Him, she didn't even remembered what had happened.63

She hoped she didn't do anything too bad.64

He sat on the edge of the bed and looked around the room. He didn't notice how nice it was until now.65

There is a nice girl was just looking for a date and he just screwed her.66

Suddenly his heart skipped a beat and he tried to recall if he used any protection.67

Her eyes widened. Oh. My. God. She tried to think. 68

Her tea was cold now and she shivered.69

The room was silent as she prayed and he shifted uncomfortably.70

His eyes darted widely around the room and suddenly saw it.71

Relief flowed over him like a wave.72

His back came loose and he relaxed his body,73

His mind still tense.74

She stood up and looked at him with panic, he pointed to the corner and she too felt a surge of relief as she sat back down.75

Reality then slapped them in the face and he got up and started to dress. 76

"I don't think I can stay for breakfast, I gotta go."77

No surprise she wondered as she stirred her tea with her finger.78

"No breakfast?" she tried to sound disappointed but failed miserably.79

"I’ll call you" he handed her his number and thanked her for the wonderful date and left.80

The wonderfully sick date she corrected him mentally.81

She closed the door and threw the number into the trash.82

She collapsed on the floor in a pathetic wreck.83

She cried hysterically till her head pulsated with pressure.84

He leaned against the wall and breathed in.85

He had to go see Her.86

He walked to his car and grabbed the handle.87

It was so cold and his felt spikes all along his neck.88

He settled down into the cool leather.89

Nervously he turned the ignition on and the windshield wipers swayed side to side.90

He jumped, nearly screaming with surprise, I’m so uptight. He thought.91

Why? Why had he done this? Stupid… Stupid… Stupid… Stupid… he whispered as he set the car to drive and pulled out of the parking space.92

Driving down the road he thought about Her and where she might be now.93

Its Saturday, so she’s at yoga class. I’ll surprise her with a bouquet of flowers, he thought.94

He knew they were through but it was worth a try. Friends… he reminded himself.95

Suddenly the car crashed into the side of his vehicle.96

He had run a stop light!97

The metal sheet pressed into his shin and blood spewed all over the brakes.98

He could see his muscle and soon the bone. His heart cried out.99

He was amazed at how sharp the sheet actually was.100

His face flashed in the back of her eyes as she lay there in an unnatural state.101

She was sure she was dieing, the pain of her spine twisting in an unmeant angle was wonderfully painful.102

I deserve this pain for being a whore. So she didn't move.103

Letting the pain travel through her nerves until the back of head started to become numb.104

In this sick situation he found himself laughing. 105

How could he be thinking about the sharpness of the door when he had to get to Her?106

With his good leg he pushed gas. The car flung forward and he realised he was falling off a cliff.107

The windows smashed and shattered all over his face.108

Each ledge he hit, he toppled over on further and his mind raced with adrenaline. 109

The only thing he could think of was to hold on to the steering wheel. Hard.110

Suddenly his head was throttled forward and his forehead smashed into the horn. 111

The pain was unbearable and he passed out.112

She smiled; I will die a naked whore.113

Someone will find me in a few weeks, rotting, white and cold on the kitchen floor.114

She felt the blood speed up and she started to laugh.115

Each jump of her abdomen pushed her spine further and further the wrong way.116

The small car was now in flames, after the metal kept scraping across the rocks the sparks caught the seats and set aflame. 117

The car finally landed with a thud at the base of the mountain.118

His body bruised and broken, his skull split and exposed. His leg almost off.119

He was bleeding to death.120

She looked at her tea still sitting on the table. 121

His heart slowed with his breathing.122

It had lipstick from last night’s event smeared onto the rim of the mug.123

A faint expression crossed his face as he saw the word ironic in his head.124

Her last breath left her body and in that unruly position she was dead.125

Smiling. But dead.126

His body engulfed in flames his spirit floated away with a bouquet of flowers.127

The End128

Holy shitake mushrooms! That was...muy excelante, to say the least. It's not erotica, nor is it a murder story...hmmm, I don't know what the hell you could classify it as. Lemme just say that it was brilliant...And um, let's just leave it at that, because I am at a loss for words right now. Well, um, I might as well say "keep up the good work" and "I hope to read more from you"...
