PARAGRAPH 1--- You are living a normal life, and if you feel depressed or sad, you need to learn to cope with everyday problems. Talking to people will help you prevent further problems. You can't worry too much. You might be going through something terrible like a divorce or minor loss, but please realize that there are worse things than that. I reccomend to move on with your life and enjoy it while you have it. Even at a small level like this you may be getting suicidal thoughts but think of it as a game: the more problems you cope with and the happier you spend your days, the more points you get. PARAGRAPH 2--- Dear reader I really wish things were better for you, and I know you can help them get better. You might be saying LOOK I JUST LOST MY MOTHER OR I HAVE AIDS. I know that not you nor I can change a loss but you can learn to go on with your life. I understand it will never be the same but you have got to hang in there! Here's some advice.. DON'T FEEL SORRY FOR YOURSELF! It brings you down. I know some people say crying is good becuase you shouldn't keep it inside. But don't cry too much because it's a waste of time. You need to play a game with yourself, imagine you are made of steel and nothing can bring you down, now throw some horrible memory at yourself and feel yourself pushing it away, repeat this every hour at first then minimize it to once a day, and maybe after you feel confident do it only once a week. OK also imagine this..you are playing a game on a giant board. You just rolled a 4 and landed on 'go back to start'. you have 2 choices..1 - fuck this game! I don't want to play anymore!! or 2 - oh well let's start from the begininng. But can you imagine yourself moaning and crying through the whole game? That would be a waste of energy. And yes, I know you can't compare a game to life but why can't you try? Why can't you smile and go on? Oh and you are not doing this for a movie..you are not getting filmed on a video camera so stop the act. Don't just be happy and strong on the outsie because how is that going to help you? PARAGRAPH 3--- Maybe you should read the paragraphs that came before ^. See at this level I don't know how serious the situation is but you could possibly live outsode and be starving (although im confused how you got hold of teh internet...). You have just got to remember that it won't get better so stop waiting.... well what I meant is it won't get better on it's own, it will only get better if that's what you set your mind to believe.
