Walk Into The Darkness Then Into The Light

"Follow me" i heard a voice say. "Why, why shall i follow", i asked. He responded, "i will give you everything you need, and together we shall rule the earth". Stunned i stood there, as my wings lowered, in fright. "Come follow me, do not pause there like you do now". In complete fear of what i was walking into, i followed. "Drink my drink, eat my food", and i drank, i drank and i ate what this devil gave me. I swallowed the food he gave to me, and taking in the toxins that it contained. Greedily i gobbled up all that he gave. "Come walk with me farther", he said, "can you walk, why do you sit there?", he laughed evily. As i stand i stumble, nearly falling to the ground. I laugh as i walk into the darkness farther. I pause and i stand there, uncertain of what i am to do. I begin to walk off on my own, he cries out to me, only in a different form than before. "Where are you going, don't leave me", he cries. I turn and i face him, with his sweet innocently evil look, the devil stands in front of me, i move in closer. Nearly touching this devil, as i walk with him farther into the darkness. We then lay and his words grow silent, and soon into nothing. I feel him caressing my body, as i realize i am doing the same. The night goes on as i walk farther into darkness with this devil. Commiting Sin against my God, i cried silently. I had been played by the devil, and i followed willingly, i walked into the darkness, and was unfaithful to my God. I agreed to help rule this earth with another, without even knowing to whom this other was. I blocked out my God, and welcomed the devil into my life, allowing him to take with him. I no longer deserved to be an angel. I had been robbed of my pride and i had consumed the devil's toxins within me. He had taken over my body that night, he controlled all my actions, and i was no longer true to God. I was no longer an angel of his heavens, the devil took that from me. Now i walk on, and into the light, trying to retain my innocence and walk on into the bright side. I took a walk into the darkness, and now i walk into the light. Where soon i shall live in heaven with my God, and rule the earth with my fellow angels. God will give me my strength to carry on, i shall earn back what i've lost, i shall reclaim my place in his heavens, and raise up my wings, to never lower them again.1
