The mother and father were unsure of the compatibility of the soil with the seed, so they mixed the previous soil with Miracle-Gro. The mixture of soils sat in the flowerpot and the seedling sat on top of the soils for nine months. On July 18, 1990, it was decided that the seed should be planted, and it was good.2
Upon waking up the next day, mother Marcy found growth from the soil. Though she possessed no green thumbs, instinct told her to feed milk to the soil instead of water.3
Mother Marcy and father Giles were taking turns to raise the plant, which filled the emptiness of their hearts, as it grew.4
As in many stories, it was found that, indeed, this plant was extraordinary. Word was out in town, that this flower showed signs of belonging to the animal kingdom. Scientists were called upon to verify the guesses that this plant was, indeed, and animal, and they agreed with all of the talk in town. The scientists came to such a decision after finding the flower to have hair and eyes that were as brown as the soil, a speed of talking as fast as the wind could blow, and no green, unless you consider what was found in her stomach.5
As the plant-animal grew, she gained a sense of independence and talents. The roots in the ground had lifted themselves to become walking legs, eating was done in moderation, and like some children, the plant-animal rejected white milk, for chocolate was the way to go.6
Roots were spreading for the journey of adulthood and this plant had been given no consideration of a name. Suddenly, mother Marcy and father Giles looked upon one of their children for a name. The, now, sister Julie, had given the plant-animal a name. The name is said to be the most beautiful name echoed through the babbling brooks. What name could that be, other than Arielle?7
Arielle, though starting as a seed, is now classified as a true human being, with a few glitches along the way. Though this flower has kept people in wonder of what shall come next, she now holds a sense of gratitude to those who have helped her through life. Freyda of Flowers and Irving of Intelligence and encouraged her to keep on growing and gave her some good times that are unforgettable. For that, she thanks them. Mother Marcy and father Giles nurtured and kept her nourished. They also shared fantastic memories with her. For that, she thanks them. Arielle’s gratitude also extends to family and friends from near and far. She is thankful for those who have been involved in her life, whether it has been in the past, present, or future.8
May that special plant dig its roots into your hearts and fill the empty spots, for every person can find satisfaction in a new found love. Some people just try to find to discover that love. After all, love is an angel sent from God, and the roots that build that angel are gathered in family moments.9
Author notes
Well, my computer doesn't do spell check or editing on storywrite, so this is the only draft we have. I would like to say that angels are not creatures, but emotions. They are the emotions of love. That is basically what this poem says, while still being partially about me and my family, who have helped me move along with their angelic love. I would like to thank them for always being angelic to me and to thank you for inspiring this write to come. It might just be read at my sweet sixteen!

Why, thank you....I look back on it now and think it's a bit sappy...but we had a family tradition that upon turning 16, the new 16 year old would write a poem/story for his/her grandparents. It still captures the meaning that I wanted to uphold, though....and I thank you for your sweet comment, as well as the analyzation (sp?). You have a heart of gold...thanks again!

Thanks!
Thanks for taking the time to read this piece! I am honored by what you have said. I think that if someone gets a different outlook on something, then I have affected them in, well, a positive way to myself. I believe that anyone that we love is an angel to us.
