Dreams - Chapter 2 - UNFINISHED DON'T READ PLZ

Ok….I feel you all need to know MORE about me. I have no clue why I feel like this but I do. Umm…to start..again, as you all now my name is Skyler. But my full name is Skyler Lynn Blood. Yes I know. Different last name….its Dutch. I am 5’2 and I weigh about 114 pounds. I am very small and short and many people pick on me for that. They call me the short anorexic girl. I can’t help it that I don’t gain anything. 1

My friend Riley and I are very close. I know I already told you about him but I feel the need to write more. We’ve been friends since 1st grade. He was there for me all the days I cried when my parents divorced. He told me that everything will be ok and that he would NEVER leave me. 2

I am pretty much an outcast in school. I have my small group of friends and that’s it. I’m happy with that though. I get picked on a lot in school. They pick on me because the way I look, dress, talk, anything basically. I hate people here. But you get use to them after a while and I can’t wait to leave them. 3

Oh yeah…almost forgot. Tate! He is my brother’s friend. He came to our school a while ago. About two years to be exact. He came from California. Why he left there and came here I have no clue. I’m glad he did though. I’ve had a crush on him ever since he came over to my house for the first time with Leland. I fall more in love with him all the time. I hate it cause it eats at me all the time. 4

Well…I’m done telling more about me….I’ll get to more of the story. 5

Leland, Brenden and Tate all get into the car. 7

“Hey kid, how’s it goin?” Brenden asks rubbing my head. 8

“Ok” I say, fixing my hair. Leland starts the car and speeds out of the parking lot. 9

“Whats wrong with you? You’re all quiet and shit.” Leland asks me. 10

“Some jocks pushed her into the lockers…..again” says Ayden. 11

“Really?” asks Leland12

“Yeah” I say. 13

“I hate those fuckin jocks” says Tate. I look back at him and smiles and winks at me. I smile back and turn around. I look out the window the rest of the time. 14

When we get home I walk to my room and drop my book bag on the floor. I hear the guys go upstairs so I go in the kitchen. I see a note on the fridge. It says:15

Skyler and Leland,
I have to work late tonight. There are French bread pizzas in the freezer if you get hungry. I know Lexi and all them will probably be spending the night so don’t make a mess. And NO ALCOHOL!! I’ll be home around 10 ok? See you two later. 16
