Kick, scream, punch, cry.
"Nobody can hear you," the voice in her head said.
She screamed louder. Didn't anyone know she was alive.
"Of course not," she thought,"Six feet under covered by earth is a far way to be heard. Oh, God save me."
She punched again at the hard metal even though she knew it was no use. Tears flooded to her eyes. She felt cold. Her mouth felt dry and raw.1
The air around her was slowly becoming deadly. She was choking herself, but there was nothing she could do to stop it.
She wanted it to end quickly. She wanted to die quickly. Lingering like this was horrible.
She felt cowardly for dieing like this. She was also terrified. Her biggest fear had come true. She was buried alive. Oddly, she wasn't afraid of death, she wanted it. Needed it.2
She gnawed at her wrist in a pathetic attempt at suicide.
"Good thing I'm not Catholic," she chuckled in her last breaths.
Death arrived on the swift wings of a raven. No more suffering, peace.3

Could use some work
This was very questionable. How did this character get her to this point? And why did she choose this? Some of these details would clear some of this confusion up. But even though the only thing you wanted us to know is the now, but why? This is more of a fraction of a story. I'm just saying my opinion. Please take no offense.beginning: 1, language: 3, plot: 1, ending: 2, dialog: 2, characters: 1.
