Music is God. Philosophy and music are the two greatest forces of the world, and all one needs to exalt and be exalted. Music encompasses every art. If the world were reduced to its simplest and most sophisticated form- its most lucid and pan-humanic beauty- there would be only music. It is the raw sheer power of the human will and the towering eonic, radiant edifice of human mind. It echoes the deepest, most primally, and most powerfully within us. It is the vein to the consciousness of man kind- rich and sweet with passion and grandeur, cold and dazzling under the flash of order and reason and rule. An iced rose. Music is the highest denominator and apex of we, the common animal, man. It takes nothing and brings it order, sound, and feeling. There is no way to blend your sensory organs into perception as with all other arts, it is RAW senation. RAW perception. RAW will. It can conjure and vanish image- taste- touch- smell but it relies on something much deeper than that- sheer sound that can touch upon what stirs every individual regardless of race, class, culture, and intelligence.
Music is sublime, perfect.

Hey Max!
Being a musician myself, this is truly inspiring. I've been struggling with losing my musical talent lately. But this may be the inspiration I need to start playing again. Thank you! This is fantastic. You have such a way with words, truly amazing.
Keep it up.

It reminds me of what Vonnegut wrote in "Man Without a Country" where he talked about music. This seemed to close to it. I agree with everything you say, but does it matter that it's already been said?
