Undone

For all the words that come and go
Though out the passing mind
I leave a rhyme, of ancient time
And souls though thus be bind 1

The future, fogged, and left unturned
The onward turn of time
Has place on me a burden, see
Of endless love in rhyme 2

A burden of choice, a burden of hope
Left done to make me prey
The problems unfold, before me, sold.
I wish it go away. 3

My mind so set, so focused forth
On the answer that seems so bright
But my heart holds near, another round clear
And sees through a different light 4

What do you do, when the heart so fond
Leaves you with choice to bear
What's right is great, and wrong irate
But this question leaves both unfair 5

With one, a hope, a joyous sight
The heart rings out with joy.
And silver rain lands no pain
As I a little girl 6

Beauty and grace, fulfill the tongue
of words that fit thy soul
And wonders of bold and happiness told
Leave my heart to feel whole 7

But blinded in me, my heart sees not
The goal is far too steep.
My heart is blind by the hidden mind.
His love is not to keep. 8

Another has won, the name not known
The answer yet to find
But all is sure, that forever more
My heart is left as blind 9

The other, more pure, seems more surreal
The chance is not so frail
The likely luck lay softly tuck
Within my grasp prevail 10

He walks of heaven, He speaks of words
That even I put not to words
Intelligence locked, and surely blocked
Yet still as free as birds 11

I'm not too bright, I'm not too smart
But those seem not be strife
Where roses grow, the playful show
Of wonderful lasting life 12

What can it be, that stops my voice
And tells me 'gain to wait
The feelings show, I do not know
If I should take this fate 13

My head sees clear, that future there
Is possible and hopefully so
But my heart lay bare, the open air
That my want, I do not know 14

When one seems great, the other just so
The answer lies left in key
Unfairness seeps, as I choose and go
To let another help and see
Perhaps my heart, it is not wrong
And love is meant to be
Perhaps my mind, not wise and strong
Set captured soul go free 15

But when choice unfold, the answers told
The problem lies left me undone
