The Book Of Lucifer
As Written By The Prophet Valeratine 1
Chapter I
It came to pass that my mouth was blessed with the words of God, and mine eyes with sights of such happens that I am about to tell you, my brothers. 2
And behold, the most high angel, Lucifer, descended from heaven in a whirlwind of flames, in his hands he held two swords; Twilight and Dawn, and each sword held seven eyes which opened like razors through the souls of men. 3
And lo, on his breast he wore gold and silver, and on his head he wore a crown laid with sapphires and diamonds, and other such precious stones, and on his feet were set fine boots encased in steel.4
So it was that he plunged his swords into the hillside of the Meggido, and out of the earth came a great light which parted the sky and echoed through the heavens. And lo, the light swept up the city and left naught but rubble in it’s wake, and the great angel retracted his swords from the earth and the light was swallowed up into it. 5
Chapter 26
And so he went up to his throne, which sat upon the highest of the heavens, and with him he took his armies, the angels of the Lord. 7
God said unto Lucifer, his most high angel, “what is it that you have done to the city in which the gathering lie, why does the earth cry through it’s open wound?”8
And Lucifer said unto his Lord, “I have destroyed the wretched city, for none have shown more ignorance to your Lord than it.” This appeased God and so Lucifer’s throne was placed next to his own.9
Chapter 310
It came to pass that on earth there rose up a man from the house of Jacob who was named Joseph. He plowed his father’s field and his own, stopping only on the Sabbath, and offering his best fruits to the Lord. Joseph gained the Lord’s favor and his land was blessed with much grain and seed, and his house with many wives and heirs. 11
God came to Joseph and said unto him “My son, you must go to the land of Canaan and build your house upon the rocks thereon. It is there that your children will multiply and spread throughout the land.”12
And Joseph did as God had asked, and he and his family began a journey unto the land of Canaan to dwell upon the rocks that rose thereon.13

Author notes
I really have no idea what possessed me to right this. None of it is edited, and it is written more by thought and flow of thought than any type of grammar or structure. All in all, however, I suppose it is an account of Lucifer--and why he was thrown from heaven. And yes, I know he is supposed to have tempted Eve and thus had fallen long before the rise of the house of Jacob, however, I just wrote what I was feeling as the words came to me. :P
