Mina's Forbidden Fruit (part two)

Year had passed and Mina still had not heard anything from Kulkin. It was breaking her heart to wait so long and she was beginning to think that he had forgotten all about her. Their son was fast in growing, he was now six years old, but had great strength and his powers so strong that even at this young age, Viktor feared that this boy would one day be his downfall. 2

Ratava taught his mother how to wean herself from the cravings that plagued her. She now did not suffer from the hunger of human blood. She could control her body as she once could before she became a vampire. She feed on meat instead, although it was cooked rare. It was better to eat a rare steak then to kill a human because of an addiction for their blood. 3

Meanwhile Kulkin was traveling the world looking for the special paradise. He could sense it but he has not found it yet. The reason maybe because his thoughts and longing for Mina distracted him more then if she had came with him. He did not realize how much he loved and missed her until had already set out on his journey. From the day he walked away, he had this feeling, like a calling for him to return to his love. But he ignored it until now, he knew that Mina was the key to his journey, without her he would never finish his quest. Seven long years, finally he has found his answer, wherever she may reside, is where he will find his way in life.4

One dark night Ratava, came to mothers chambers and told her that, he had a vision all her troubles are going to go away and all her dreams will come true. Such wise words from a small child is scary even for a vampire. Mina looked at her child in wonder, his face was very serious, so just accepted his words. For when he said it, she could feel a sensation in the pit of her stomach. Te same sensation that she felt the first night she met Kulkin.5

When Kulkin arrived it was the middle of winter. Many thought that he was crazy, to chance going so far in the mountains, this time of year. The feeling of urgency, never did leave and he knew that he must find Mina fast. He could also feel two strong presents around her, one evil, and one good standing there to protect Mina. Though that good present was strong, he still needed help. Kulkin knew he must get back in a timely manner.6

Viktor had finally figured it out, Mina had a child by an avatar. The silly wench must have laughed behind his back, knowing that her sons name was avatar spelled in reverse. He called a meeting and demanded that Mina and Ratava, appear before him. He kept having this feeling that someone was going to die. Well he would eliminate the threats before, it turned out to be him. 7

Viktor demanded that Mina reveal her lovers name and again she refused. He then told her that he knows he is an avatar and he would kill them at random. Just when Mina was going to break down, her son stepped forward and made a force field that Viktor could not break. He just prayed that his father would make it before, he was drained of his strength.
