The Betrayal

There were a group of 5 girls that were all best friends. All of them cared and watched out for eachother. The girls were like sisters. The oldest was Nicole 17yrs , then courtney,just turned 17, and the rest were the younger "sisters",15 and16yrs old Natalie 16 Sara 15 and morgan 15. Out of the 5 only one had a boyfriend and the rest werent looking. One day an ex-boyfriend of Nicole ,jake, started going out with sara. Nicole, at first, was jealous because she still liked him, then she realized that all that matters is that sara is happy. Well Jake isnt the most moral of guys, and one day after school went to Nicoles house and started flirting with her. " Jake, your with sara, Remember?" she said to him. "yeah, so, what sara dont know wont hurt her." he said with a devilish grin on his face and Nicole turned her back to him and took a deep breath," If I flirt back and something happens I will be hurting sara, but if I do and she dont find out does it really count??" Nicole thought to herself. Just as she thought that he spun her around and kissed her."OH CRAP, this is bad stop nicole make yourself stop" she thought in her head, yet she didnt stop herself." how could I do that to sara?" as she finally pulled herself away. "How could YOU do that to her? she loves you. What are you thinking?" Nicole said pointing her finger at Jake who stoped smileing. " I dont think that it was bad if it feels good its not bad" He says "says who Jake, who says that?" Nicole is really upset now. "Well if we dont tell her she wont know and wont get hurt" jake said trying to sound smart. " so your asking me not only to hide the fact that I have betrayed her, but not tell her something that I would want her to  me if this same thing happend"." go away I cant look at you right now" she turns and goes inside her house.

Next day at school, Nicole is having trouble looking sara in the eyes and feels like a snake. Yet, Jake is smileing and kissing sara. "So, Jake dont you think sara looks great today" she says "even though she has worn that outfit 100 times before" she thought in her head "yes I think she looks great" Jake says while giving her a look like 'nice try'.

"GOD I have commited betrayal against one of my Best friends One of my sisters" she says in her head which has turned against her and has become her enemy. " Nicole, do you think Jake loves me?" sara said to her during lunch "Yeah sure whats not to love?" she said to her trying to make her voice not shake. later that day... "Jake we have to talk." " what about Nicole?" "what do you think jake? about what we did."
