My sister's best friend Jodie was a nice bloke. Tall, lean, always smiling. I met him first in 2000 when Claire was first up in Wales. He let me play on his games, chatted to me. In 2002 he admitted to Claire that he was gay. Not to his other friends as he was afraid. He did this in 2004/5 with his other friends. He then went to move to live in London and work in a club. He had previously worked in a lot of clubs in Wales and he was loved by all the locals.
In November 2005 Jodie died. He was attached and killed outside of the bar he worked at by two men. It was gay murder. They didn't like him because he was gay. They stabbed him multiple times and left him for dead. My sister was devistated, this was the closest friend she ever had. We want justice and he has been in the newspapers, magazines and was even mentioned by a comedian. We all loved and cared for Jodie and Claire is still broken. His course case has been up and his funeral and Claire can't lay to rest.
Please pray for Jodie's heart please and any poems you can write for me for Jodie would be appreciated, Claire would love them. Thank you and god bless... Pray for Jodie and for his killers to be jailed.
