still trying
holding on

My prince has left
my pony gone

The question is
not what went wrong
not why he left 3

But how to deal with the pain
do I crawl in bed, and weep?
do I put these things behind me?4

go on with my life
pretend he dosn't exist

I wrote this after my boyfriend and I broke up so yes its a little sad, but I'll be o.k.

    nice story-poem

    i like the format. It reeks of inspiration, the way I used to write *sigh*. 21/22 ending was a bit weak, with repetition of 'love'.

    "until my heart mends" seemed to belittle the rest of the story-poem, as it says that it was all transient anyways, though perhaps that's intentional...

      yeah its sad, but after i wrote it i felt soo much better about everything my ex and i are now friends but i must admit he is the damnest creature he may be the most predictable person i know but when it comes to his feelings and how he sees me im left out in the cold not sure if i like that or not yet.... but im pleased that we can still hang out and he dosn't run from me like my other ex before him did lol

    Of course you'll be okay...more than ok. There are a lot of Princes out there (a lot of frogs too, lol) So smile and don't wait for him, go out and find him!
