Chapter One: A Piece of Insanity 1
My love for life started when I was just a young boy. As I entered manhood, something happened in the stables that changed that love to hate. My world turned black. There was no good or bad, just evil. Demons made my reality a fiery hell and my dreams were lost in inky shadows that held laughing eyes.2
I was something that I did not understand. I had no soul, no love, no anything. Every good or bad thing feared me. They shunned me, loathed me, and threw me out into a place that I could never escape. 3
That rejection consumed me with hatred for the demons that made me like this. My vision went red and raging lava ignited my blood. I killed them all, one by slow torturous one. The Demons’ blood ran black on my blade. I had never tasted anything as sweet as that blood. 4
There is only a child left now. I destroyed her parents, but when I raised my blade to her, my arm would not strike down. I should kill her, I know, but instead I wait. For fourteen years, I have waited…and I still have no idea why I cannot kill her. It is most annoying. 5

This Was a little vague as to what actually happened, in particular the bit about "something happened in the stables that changed that love to hate", but the imagery was used very well, and at the least, it made me curious to see more

More of a prologue than a proper chapter-BUT ITS BLOODY GOOD!
