Transparent Tendancies.

I woke up one night, sweaty and out of breath.  A blinding light pouring through my window.  My heart was racing faster then it had ever raced.  As my eyes adjusted I could see a figure standing in my room... who or what was it?  I was paralysed, I couldn't move! Suddenly the light was gone but the figure still remained... and I wasn't afraid anymore.  I got up and we started to talk...  This being was an alien from another planet... he told me how he had come to chat - how his species were a boring bunch of scientists.  He had a buddy with him, sort of shorter... they both had large heads, pinkish skin, big brown eyes and lanky bodies.  The taller alien was about 6 feet while the shorter one was around 5 feet... They apologized for my rude awakening and I offered them some Worthers Original, a really delicious candy.  They accepted my offer and were about to give me something in return when their mood suddenly changed...1

They both turned around and looked out my window.  Off in the distance we could see a red light and they became frightened and frantic... They started rambling something about fate and imminent demise... and suddenly the bright light was back again and they sort of floated into it, through the wall and were gone.  Now I was really scared, What had frightened them away?  I looked out the window again and could see the red light growing larger in the distance... and this is when I realized that it was another alien craft... But these were not the same aliens... they must be here to attack them!2

This is when I became frantic.  I ran into my parents room and tried to wake them... they weren't there!! I ran into my brothers room and tried to wake him, He was in a deep sleep and despite my efforts would not awake.  This is when I decided to go into our living room.  When I got there my mother and father were sitting on the couch staring at the TV screen... which was blank!  I tried to explain to them what had happened but they were in a trance.  This is when I felt a low rumbling and I tried to run but the air had suddenly become thick as mud and the laws of physics were being distorted all around me!! Friction suddenly gave way and my muscles were becoming useless... as I stood flailing in the middle of the room a beam of light came down and I looked up, only to transported into the belly of this craft.3

Now I was inside some kind of spherical room filled with a strange liquid... I tried holding my breath but the liquid found its way into my lungs.  GASP! - I inhaled,  and yet... no discomfort.  I looked around to see many familiar faces in this room, those of my mother and father, as well as other children from school.  As the craft left the atmosphere of earth I searched for an exit... and the walls of this craft became transparent.  I could see all the stars, and all the continents below me.  Suddenly metallic rods thrust through the room, restricting my movements - Pinning me down.  I struggled.  A hand reached down and grabbed me, pulling me up, and when this happened the rods loosened -  this was my chance!  I used all my mental focus to remove the bonds placed on my mind and pulled against the arm. This creature must have been unsuspecting as I slipped from his grasp - and from the rods.  I fell down past the room and into the lower compartments of this craft... I must have been outside the craft now, as I was dangling precariously above the planet.  now I was slipping... the laws of physics were failing me again... and I started to fall through the atmosphere, down towards Earth.  Fear ran through my veins - I became transfixed on the moment I would crash into the ground, hoping maybe to land in water yet knowing this would not break my fate.  As the clouds surrounded me my vision was clouded... as I looked down and the clouds cleared I saw my house.... BAM!4
